Te Ahi-o-te-Atua Block containing 7 acres and 20 perches, more or less. Commencing at a distance of 52 links or thereabouts to the north-west of road-peg No. 21 on the road leading from Waiapu to Waipiro, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a total distance of 59250 links or thereabouts to a point on the southern side of the road leading from Matahiia to Ormond, at a distance of 320·3 links or thereabouts from the junction of these roads: as the same are delineated on Maps Nos. 4538A, 4538B, and 4538C, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
Dates of Governor’s warrants, 27th September, 1884, and 30th April, 1887.
Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General in Her Majesty’s Army, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands specified under warrants of the dates given in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 4 acres and 9 perches and 4 acres 1 rood 27 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the Waikohu and Waimata Survey Districts, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing portions of the Whaitiri Block (No. 3523B) :—
Portion containing 4 acres and 9 perches: Commencing at the south-western angle of the Whaitiri Block. Bounded towards the west by the Waipaoa River; towards the north by a line, 140 links; towards the east by a line, 1182 links; and towards the south-east by lines, 301·8 links and 320 links respectively, to the commencing-point.
Road containing 4 acres 1 rood 27 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Whaitiri Block, being the termination of a road-line traversing the Tangutu-Hanui Block (No. 3523C), being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly and easterly for a distance of 4427 links or thereabouts to a point on the eastern boundary of the Whaitiri Block at a distance of 1464·3 links from its south-eastern angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4502, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 37 perches, more or less, situate in the Waikohu Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the north-western portion of the Tangutu-Hanui Block (No. 3523C); commencing at the south-western angle of the Whaitiri Block (No. 3523B). Bounded towards the north-west generally by lines, 320, 301·8, 209, 775·5, 114·5, and 812 links respectively; towards the north-east by a line, 134·6 links; towards the south-east by lines, 899·6 and 1412 links respectively; and towards the south-west by the Waipaoa River to the commencing-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4502, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

tion of a road-line traversing the Whaitiri Block and the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 599 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4502, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 7·8 perches, more or less, situate in the Waoku Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing a portion of the Whakaaho No. 2 Block (No. 3291); commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Whakaaho No. 2 Block aforesaid at a distance of 810·9 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly for a distance of 299 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4449, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 28·4 perches, more or less, situate in the Waoku Survey District, and being a road-line, 50 links wide, traversing the Herekohu Block (No. 2503); commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Herekohu Block at a distance of 670 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 855 links or thereabouts to the south-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 650·9 links or thereabouts from its westernmost angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4449, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
