NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 9th day of April, 1888.

NOTICE is hereby given that, after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, it is my intention to proceed with the registration of a certain dealing affecting Section No. 1373, in the Township of Bunnythorpe, without requiring production of the outstanding duplicate certificate of title, Vol. xx., folio 238, unless caveat be lodged at this office within the above period.
