DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

GALBRAITH AND JOHNSON.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned CHRISTOPHER GALBRAITH and JOHN CHARLES JOHNSON for carrying on the business of Sawmillers, at Whananaki, in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand, under the style or firm of "Galbraith and Johnson," has been dissolved as from this day.

"FRIENDLY SOCIETIES ACT, 1882."—CANCELLING OF REGISTRY.

Friendly Societies' Registry Office,
Wellington, 8th March, 1888.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 10 of "The Friendly Societies Act, 1882," by writing under his hand dated this 8th day of March, 1888, cancelled the registry of the Evening Star Lodge, Register No. 25 (3), held at Waimea West, Branch of the Nelson District Manchester Unity Independent Order of Odd Fellows, on the ground that the said lodge has ceased to exist.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.

For half-yearly statements under the Mining Act, the charge will be 2s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should be made payable.

Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.

Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.

NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
