A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by the one hundred and sixty-second section of
"The Land Act, 1885," I, William Francis Drummond
Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the several parcels of land
described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are
hereby set apart and declared open for application as a
village homestead special settlement for perpetual leasing,
upon the terms and conditions fixed by an Order in Council
issued on the first day of September, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-six, and made under the one hundred and
sixty-third section of the said Act.

SCHEDULE.
TOWNSHIP OF MOLYNEUX.

Also Section No. 1, Block XIX., South Molyneux District,
containing 50 acres, in allotments of from 5 to 10 acres each.
Also Section No. 14, Block II., Glenomaru District, con-
taining 178 acres 3 roods 35 perches, in areas of not less than
10 acres each.
Also an area of 200 acres at the north end of Section No.
13, Block II., Glenomaru District, in areas of not less than
20 acres each.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William
Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, William Francis Drummond
Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation mentioned in the First
Schedule hereto in so far as it relates to the land named in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do further proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Second Schedule aforesaid shall, as from the day of the date hereof, be withdrawn
from the operation of the agricultural-lease system.
