Proclaiming the Taking and Laying-off of Roads over Lands in the Auckland Provincial District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands specified under warrants of the date given in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 14 acres and 3 perches, more or less, situate in the Waitoa Survey District, being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Mangateparu Block; commencing at a point on the western boundary of aforesaid block at a distance of 1380 links from an angle-peg south of the road, being the middle of the road above referred to; and continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 14020 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3611, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
Date of warrant, 23rd October, 1883.
All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 20 acres 3 roods 30 perches, and 26 acres 2 roods 7 perches respectively, more or less, situate partly in Hapuakohe Survey District, partly in Waitoa Survey District, partly in Komakorau Survey District, and partly in Maungakawa Survey District, and being portions of a road, 100 links wide, traversing the Haungawera Block:—
Portion containing 20 acres 3 roods 30 perches: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of Haungawera Block at a distance of of 118761 links or thereabouts from Trig. Station No. 50, being the middle of the road above referred to; and continuing easterly generally for a distance of 20938 links or thereabouts to the eastern boundary of Haungawera Block aforesaid.
Portion containing 26 acres 2 roods 7 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of Motumaho No. 1 Block at a distance of 5800 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and continuing north-westerly for a distance of 26543 links or thereabouts to a road hereinbefore described.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Plan No. 3611, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 20 acres and 3 perches, more or less, situate in the Maungakawa Survey District, being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Motumaho No. 1 Block; commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of Motumaho No. 1 Block aforesaid at a distance of 5800 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and continuing south-easterly and easterly generally for a distance of 20020 links or thereabouts to the north-eastern boundary of Motumaho No. 1 Block aforesaid: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3612, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Portion containing 49 acres 3 roods 22 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary-line of the Whangara Block above named at a distance of 25 chains or thereabouts from the Pakarae River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 48150 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road.
Portion containing 25·5 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Whangara Block, No. 843 aforesaid at a distance of 932 links or thereabouts from the middle of the road hereinbefore described, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly for a distance of 159 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road first above described: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on Plans Nos. 4219A, 4219B, and 4219C, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.
Date of Governor's warrant, 24th October, 1884.

ALL that road, 100 links wide, situate in the Mangatainoka No. 2B Block (Blocks VII. and VIII., Mangahao Survey District, in the Provincial District of Wellington), the middle line of which commences at a point marked I on the south-western boundary-line of the block, measuring about 21 chains from its south-western corner, and proceeds generally in a south-easterly direction through the points marked N and B to a point marked A at the intersection of a road along the bank of the Mangatainoka River.
All that road, 100 links wide, situate in the Mangatainoka No. 2B Block (Block VII., Mangahao Survey District, in the Provincial District of Wellington), the middle line of which
