Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.

NOTICE is hereby given that JOHN NEWTON, of the Caledonian Soap Works, Kaiwarra, Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand, has applied to register, under “The Trade Marks Act, 1866,” the trade mark of which the following is a description, viz. :—
Description of Trade Mark.
A stamp or brand composed of the words “Perfection Soap registered No.,” with or without the name “Newton’s” prefixed thereto.
Nature of the Article to which it is intended such Trade Mark shall apply.
Soap for household, laundry, or manufacturing purposes, in bars or in tablets.
