HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint
HENRY CRUMP
to be the Returning Officer to conduct the election of five Commissioners of the Te Aroha Town District, County of Piako, as constituted under "The Town Districts Act, 1881;" also to appoint Thursday, the 10th day of March, 1887, to be the time, and the Te Aroha Public Hall, Te Aroha, to be the place, for holding such elections; also to appoint Thursday, the 17th day of March, 1887, at 7 o'clock in the evening, to be the time, and the said Te Aroha Public Hall to be the place, at which the first meeting of the Commissioners of the said Te Aroha Town District shall be held.
