Bounded towards the West by Railway Reserve No. 1316 (in red), 2500 links; towards the North-east by a line bearing 150° 23′ 40″, 583 links; towards the East by a line parallel to and 3 chains east of the western boundary, 1500 links; and towards the South-east by a line bearing 32° 19′ 20″, 583 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. For a ballast-pit.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Borough of Waimate, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing by admeasurement 9 acres and 13 perches more or less, being Section No. 2553 (in red), situate in the Waimate Survey District. Bounded towards the North by the Railway Terrace South, 955 links; thence towards the North-east by the said terrace, 264 links; thence towards the South-east by a line bearing 203° 50′ 30″, 244 links; thence again towards the North-east, 143° 16′ 30″, 523 links; thence again towards the South-east, 244° 2′, 407 links, and 199° 19′ 40″, 259 links; thence towards the South-west, 320° 54′, 518 links; thence again towards the South-east, 207° 34′ 20″, 200 links; and thence again towards the South-west, 152° 15′, 1062 links, to the place of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. For a manure depot.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Borough of Waimate, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 2 roods 38 perches, more or less, being Section No. 2555 (in red), situate in the Waimate Survey District. Bounded towards the North by the Railway Terrace South, 278 links; towards the North-east by Reserve No. 2553 (in red), 1062 links; towards the South-east, 207° 34′ 20″, 292 links, 191° 29′, 415 links, and 220° 37′, 545 links; and towards the West by a road-line, 2005 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. For drainage purposes.
