Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Papakura Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries
Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the local authority specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to have the control and management of
the public cemetery specified in the second column of the
said Schedule.

Papakura Town Board. PAPAKURA.
All those parcels of land in the Town of Papakura, Provincial District of Auckland, being Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 21, 22, and 24 of Section 10, containing an aggregate area of 5 acres 3 roods 33 perches.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-first day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-seven.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres and 5 perches, more or less, being Section No. 98, Suburban Section, Halcombe, Manchester Block. Bounded on the north by a public road, 885 links; on the east by Section No. 50, 1860 links; on the south by Section No. 95, 858 links; and on the west by Sections Nos. 96 and 97, 1643 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
