1. “That the Waimea Plains Railway Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882:’”

2. “That Richard Henry Leary, of Dunedin, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the said winding-up:”

3. “That the Liquidator be paid the sum of fifty-two pounds ten shillings as remuneration for his services,”—

passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the said company, on the 24th day of October, 1887, were duly confirmed.
