Pastoral License liable to Forfeiture.

IT is notified that the pastoral license of Arapawa Run, Queen Charlotte Sound, standing in the name of Charles Godfrey, is liable to forfeiture under section 188 of "The Land Act, 1885," and that unless the rent in arrear, amounting to £12 10s., together with the full amount of the penalty from the 1st September last, be paid within three months from the first insertion of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, the said license will be forthwith declared forfeited.
