Date of Governor's warrant, 29th August, 1882.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 7 acres and 19 perches and 5 acres 3 roods 28 perches respectively, more or less, situated in the Mangata Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the western portion of the Manukawhitikitiki Block (No. 3516):—

Road containing 7 acres and 19 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 130 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly generally for a distance of 7011 links or thereabouts to its intersection by the western boundary of the aforesaid block.

Road containing 5 acres 3 roods 28 perches: Commencing at the north-western angle of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly and south-westerly generally for a total distance of 5926 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road traversing the eastern portion of the Manukawhitikitiki No. 1 Block, and containing 7 acres 2 roods 13 perches.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4528, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 12 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangatu Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the south-eastern portion of the Manukawhitikitiki No. 2 Block (No. 3518); commencing at the south-eastern angle of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly and northerly generally for a total distance of 5576 links or thereabouts to the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 4520 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4529, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Date of Governor's warrant, 29th August, 1882, and 17th May, 1887.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 21 acres and 35 perches and 2 roods 32 perches respectively, more or less, situated in the Mangatu Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing portions of the Whatatutu Block (No. 3513):—

Road containing 21 acres and 35 perches, more or less: Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the Whatatutu Block at a distance of 4520 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly and westerly generally for a total distance of 17969 links or thereabouts to the crossing of the Mangatu River, near its confluence with the Waipaoa River.

Road containing 2 roods 32 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern side of the road hereinbefore defined at a distance of 4565 links or thereabouts from the crossing-place on the Mangatu River, near its junction with the Waipaoa River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly for a distance of 662 links or thereabouts to the Waipaoa River.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4529, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General in Her Majesty's Army, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.

Proclaiming the Taking and Laying-off of a Road over Land in the Auckland Provincial District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto has been duly taken and laid off through the land specified under warrant of the date given in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 33 acres 1 rood 26 perches, more or less, situated in the Tutamoe and Kaihu Survey Districts, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Opunake Block (No. 3046); commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Opunake Block at a distance of 1140 links or thereabouts from the Kaihu River, being the width of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly and north-westerly generally for a distance of 33414 links or thereabouts to Road-peg No. LXIII.: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Maps Nos. 3385 (1 and 2), deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Road containing 23 acres 2 roods 12 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the Pukepapa C Block at a distance of 6635 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 19450 links or thereabouts to a point on the Mangamahaki Stream at a distance of 2400 links or thereabouts from its confluence with the Waipaoa River.

Road containing 1 rood 20 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern side of the road above described at a distance of 8231 links or thereabouts from the north-western boundary of the Pukepapa C Block, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing northerly for a distance of 250 links or thereabouts to the Waipaoa River.

As the same is delineated on Maps Nos. 4540B and 4540C, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Date of Governor's warrant, 10th December, 1878.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 16 acres 1 rood 3 perches, more or less, situated in the Waikohu Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Pukepapa C Block (No. 829c); commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Pukepapa C Block at a distance of 7430 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly, south-westerly, and again north-westerly for a total distance of 15658 links or thereabouts to a point on the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 6635 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
