All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 10·5 perches, more or less, situate in the Turanganui Survey District, and being a road-line, 50 links wide, traversing the Tangotete Block No. 2 (No. 437); commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Tangotete No. 1 Block at a distance of 25·4 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly for a distance of 916 links or thereabouts to the north-eastern boundary of the Tangotete No. 2 Block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4394, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2·3 perches, more or less, situate in the Turanganui Survey District, and being a road-line, 50 links wide, traversing a portion of Te Kuri Block (No. 1701a); commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Tangotete No. 2 Block (No. 437) at a distance of 156·5 links or thereabouts from the westernmost angle of the Wharetunoa Block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly for a distance of 29 links or thereabouts to the south-western boundary of the Wharetunoa Block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4394, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 34·5 perches, more or less, situate in the Turanganui Survey District, and being a road-line, 50 links wide, traversing the Wharetunoa Block; commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the Wharetunoa Block at a distance of 294·5 links or thereabouts from its westernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly and south-westerly for a total distance of 432 links or thereabouts to the south-western boundary of the aforesaid block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4394, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road first hereinbefore described at a distance of 4889·7 links or thereabouts from the south-western boundary of the Te Kauri No. 1 Block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 900 links to the north-western boundary of the Wharetunoa Block at a point on the same at a distance of 294·5 links or thereabouts from its westernmost angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4394, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 3 roods 1 perch and 2 roods 15 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the Waikohu Survey District, and being road-lines, varying in width from 50 links and upwards, traversing portions of the Karaka Block (No. 846):—

Road containing 9 acres 3 roods 1 perch: Commencing at middle of the north-western termination of a road-line taken under Proclamation of the Governor dated the 29th December, 1885, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly and south-westerly generally to and along the Waipaoa for a total distance of 9780 links or thereabouts.

Road containing 2 roods 15 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road hereinbefore described at a distance of 7095 links or thereabouts from its starting-point, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing westerly for a distance of 1194 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road above described.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4397, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 30·7 perches, more or less, situate in the Patutahi and Turanganui Survey Districts, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Kohangakarearea Block; commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of the Kohangakarearea Block at a distance of 930 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing westerly generally for a distance of 5192 links or thereabouts to the western boundary of the aforesaid block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4395, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 3 roods 30·8 perches, 2 acres 2 roods 38·8 perches, 2 roods 28 perches, and 3 roods 32·7 perches, more or less, situate in the Turanganui Survey District, and being road-lines, each 100 links wide, traversing portions of the Whenuakura D Block:—

Road containing 9 acres 3 roods 30·8 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the Whenuakura E Block, being the termination of a road-line traversing that block, and taken by the Governor’s warrant of the 12th June, 1879, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly and easterly generally for a distance of 9943 links or thereabouts to the western boundary of the Paria Block.

Road containing 2 acres 2 roods 38·8 perches: Commencing at a point on the western side of the road hereinbefore described at a distance of 1533 links or thereabouts from the south-western boundary of the Whenuakura E Block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly for a distance of 2745 links or thereabouts to the western boundary of the Whenuakura D Block.

Road containing 2 roods 28 perches: Commencing at a point on the middle of the road first hereinbefore described at a distance of 2082 links or thereabouts from the north-eastern boundary of the Ahipakura Block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly for a distance of 675 links or thereabouts to the Waipaoa River.

Road containing 3 roods 32·7 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road first hereinbefore described at a distance of 3038 links or thereabouts from the western boundary of the Paria Block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly for a distance of 950 links or thereabouts to the south-western boundary of the Whenuakura D Block aforesaid.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4398, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
