Proclaiming the Taking and Laying-off of a Road over Land in the Auckland Provincial District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto has been duly taken and laid off through the land specified under warrant of the date given in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 3 perches, more or less, situated in the Whitianga Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing a portion of the Paturau Block No. 2434; commencing at a point on the left bank of the Whenuakite River at a distance of 180 links or thereabouts from the south-western angle of Section No. 21 of the Parish of Hahei, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing westerly for a distance of 766 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4376, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands specified in warrants of the dates given in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road, 100 links wide, situate in Block III., Kaitawa District, the centre of which commences at the point marked A where the boundary-line between the Ngakaroro No. 3d and Waipukatea No. 1 Blocks intersects the south-eastern side of the Wellington–Manawatu Railway-line; and from thence it proceeds generally in a south-easterly and easterly direction along the boundary-lines between the Waipukatea No. 1 and Ngakaroro Nos. 3d and 1A Blocks, between the Waha-o-Te Marangai No. 1 and Ngakaroro No. 1A Blocks, and between the Waha-o-Te Marangai No. 1 and the Waha-o-Te Marangai No. 1r Blocks to the point marked B, the said point being the south-eastern angle of the Wairarapa No. 1 Block: as the same is more particularly shown on the plan marked S.O. 2475/1 No. 1, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
Date of warrant, 8th June, 1886.
All that road, 100 links wide, situate in Blocks III. and IV., Kaitawa District, the centre of which commences at the point marked A on the north-western boundary of the Waihoanga No. 4A Block, and distant 3483 links from the northern angle of the said block; and proceeds generally in a south-easterly direction through the Waihoanga No. 4A Block to the point marked B on the south-eastern boundary of the same, and distant 3906 links from its most easterly angle: as the said road is more particularly shown on the plan marked S.O. 2475/1 No. 2, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

ALL that road, 100 links wide, situate in the Moroa Block, Mangaone Survey District, the centre of which commences at the point marked A on the northern bank of the Punipuni Creek, about 400 links from its confluence with the Ihuraua River (the said point being on the southern boundary of the said block); and proceeds from thence generally in a north-easterly direction to the point marked B on the northern boundary of the said block, on the bank of the Te Hoe River, distant about 400 links from its confluence with the Ihuraua River.
Also all that other road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at the point marked D on the before-mentioned road, and about 170 links from the southern boundary of the said block; and proceeds generally from thence along the bank of, and parallel with, the Ihuraua River for a distance of about 5250 links to the point marked C.
As the said roads are more particularly shown on the plan marked S.O 2472/18, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
Date of warrant, 18th September, 1886.
