colony, in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby order and declare that the appointment of the said Robert Thompson as such Chairman as aforesaid, and the proceedings at the meeting of the said Board so held as aforesaid, shall be as valid to all intents and purposes as if the same had been conducted in accordance with the said regulation of the fourth day of April last.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifteenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.
