Auckland, containing by admeasurement 425 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the East by the western boundary of Block VI., Pakiri Survey District, 1000 links; towards the North by a line, 4800 links; again towards the East by a line due south to Trig. Station J, 4000 links; towards the South by a line due west from Trig. Station J aforesaid, 11600 links; towards the North-west by Sections Nos. 5, 4, and 3 of the Parish of Arai, 3000 and 880 links; towards the South-west by the south-western portion of Section No. 3 aforesaid, 3025 links; again towards the North-west by a public road, 1320 links; towards the North-east by the north-eastern portion of Section No. 3 aforesaid, 3200 links; and again towards the North-west by the south-eastern boundaries of the section last mentioned and of Section No. 2, Parish of Arai aforesaid, 3200 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
CLASS II.—FOREST RESERVES.
County of Waitemata.—All that piece or parcel of land situate in the Kaipara Survey District, Provincial District of Auckland, called or known as Section No. 36 of the Parish of Ararimu, and containing by admeasurement 175 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the North-east by a public road, 1540 and 452 links; towards the East by Section No. 4 of the Parish of Pukeatua and a right line, 3491 links, to the northernmost angle of Section No. 98 of the Parish of Ararimu; towards the South-east by that section, 3980 links; towards the South-west by Section No. 35 of the Parish of Ararimu aforesaid, 6120 links; and towards the North-west by Section No. 37 of the same parish, 2300 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
CLASS III.—TIMBER RESERVES.
County of Waitemata.—All that piece or parcel of land situate in the Titirangi and Waitakerei Survey Districts, Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2,940 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the North-west by Sections Nos. 75 and 76 of the Parish of Karangahape, 6950 links; towards the North-east by Section No. 78 of the same parish, 1960 links; towards the North-west by the north-western portions of Sections Nos. 78 and 79 of the said parish, 7560 links; towards the South-west by the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of the section last named, 3860 links; again towards the North-west by Section No. 80 of the said parish, 1950 links; towards the North-east generally by the Nihotupu Stream, by Section No. 31 of the Parish of Karangahape aforesaid 3470, 1180, and 1000 links, by Sections Nos. 29 and 30 2448 and 2700 links, by Section No. 7 of the said parish 4056 links, by the stream which forms the south-eastern boundary of the said section, and by Section No. 6 of the said parish 4400 links; towards the South-east by Sections Nos. 1 and 25 of the aforesaid parish, 7637 and 5792 links respectively; towards the South-east and South-west by Section No. 8A of the same parish, 2880 and 5515 links respectively; and towards the South-west by the Huia Stream; towards the South-east generally by Section No. 110 1843, 1850, and 1808 links, by Section No. 109 1200 links, by the termination of a public road 100 links wide, by Section No. 16 3075, 2050, and 1920 links, by Section No. 15 2350 links, by a public road 530 and 100 links, and by Section No. 18, all of the Parish of Karangahape aforesaid, 2070 and 2520 links; and towards the South-west by Sections Nos. 67, 68, 71, and 72 of the Parish of Karangahape aforesaid, 15220 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
County of Waitemata.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 400 acres, more or less, situate in the Waitemata, Kumeu, and Waitakerei Survey Districts, Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded towards the North-west by Section No. 16 of the Parish of Waipareira, 3260 links; towards the North-east by Section No. 31 of the said parish, 3120 links; again towards the North-west by Sections Nos. 31 and 26 of the Parish of Waipareira aforesaid, 7230 links; towards the East generally by Section No. 9 of the parish last named, 4116 and 595 links; towards the South-east generally by the road which forms the north-western boundary of Section No. 128 of the Parish of Waipareira aforesaid, 9349 links; and towards the South-west generally by the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of Sections Nos. 86, 87, and 88 of the Parish of Waitakerei, 8420 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
County of Raglan.—All that piece or parcel of land situate in the Newcastle Survey District, Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2,270 acres, more or less, and called or known as Section No. 27 of the Parish of Waipa. Bounded towards the North generally by Section No. 166 of the Parish of Pepepe 4200 links, by Section No. 114 of the same parish 4440 links, by the termination of a road 100 links wide, and again by Section No. 114 aforesaid 1574 links; towards the East generally by Section No. 44 of the Parish of Waipa 1583 links, by Sections Nos. 34, 35, 36, 37, the crossing of a road, the other part of Section No. 37, and Section No. 38, of the parish last named, 6304 links, by Section No. 39 2360 links, and by Sections Nos. 40, 41, 42, and 43, all of the Parish of Waipa aforesaid, 5298 links; towards the North-east by Section No. 43 aforesaid 3050 links, and a public road 300 links; towards the South generally by the Mangaore Stream; and towards the West generally by Section No. 77 of the Parish of Waipa 2670 and 8300 links, and by lines 1550 and 10100 links to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
County of Raglan.—All that piece or parcel of land situate in Block IV., Karioi Survey District, Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3,050 acres, more or less, and being Section No. 118 of the Parish of Karioi. Bounded towards the North by a right line running due east from the easternmost angle of Section No. 2 of Block IV., Karioi Survey District, to the western boundary of Section No. 11, Parish of Karioi, 14800 links; towards the East generally by Section No. 11 aforesaid 1430 links, by Section No. 10 3320 and 3370 links, and by the road which forms the western boundary of Sections Nos. 48, 29, 28, and 27, all of the Parish of Karioi aforesaid, 15850 links; towards the South generally by Section No. 16 of the last-mentioned parish 2890 links, and by a line running due west from the north-western angle of that section to the eastern boundary of Section No. 101 of the same parish 10900 links, and by Section No. 101 aforesaid 1300 and 3393 links; towards the West by Section No. 102 of the aforesaid parish 1563 links to its north-eastern angle, and by a right line running thence to the southernmost angle of Section No. 2 of Block IV., Karioi Survey District aforesaid, 14400 links; and towards the North-west by said Section No. 2, 2951 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
County of Rodney.—All that piece or parcel of land situate in the Tauhoa Survey District, Provincial District of Auckland, and containing by admeasurement 1,500 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the North-west generally by the Hoteo River to its confluence with the Matangao Stream; thence towards the East by a right line running due south, 17400 links; thence towards the South by a right line running due west, 9000 links; thence towards the West and again towards the South by the Mataia Block, 1000 and 1500 links respectively; and towards the West by a right line running due north, 10400 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
County of Rodney.—All that piece or parcel of land situate in the Mahurangi Survey District, Provincial District of Auckland, and containing by admeasurement 925 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the North-east by Sections Nos. 79, 71, and 72 of the Parish of Hoteo, 4167, 3100, and 6380 links respectively; towards the North-west generally by Section No. 73 4578 links, by Section No. 74 3920 and 2180 links, by Section No. 75 1200 and 1040 links, by Section No. 73 1220 and 540 links, and by Section No. 77 1220 links, all of the Parish of Hoteo aforesaid; towards the East generally by Section No. 80 of the Parish of Matakana 3570 and 2000 links, and by Section No. 71 of the same parish 2550 links, and by the termination of a public road 100 links; thence towards the South generally by a right line to the northernmost angle of Section No. 182 of the Parish of Mahurangi 3240 links, by said Section No. 182 880 links, by Section No. 186 of the Parish of Mahurangi aforesaid 1600 and 5090 links, by a right line from the north-western angle of the last-named section to the northernmost angle of Section No. 135 of the Parish of Mahurangi 2080 links, by said Section No. 135 1230 links, by Section No. 31 of the Parish of Hoteo 2404 and 1749 links, and by Section No. 83 of the same parish 2232 and 3511 links; and towards the South-west generally by the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of Sections Nos. 3 and 5, the eastern boundary of Section No. 7, and the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 49, all of the Parish of Hoteo aforesaid, 14220 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
