A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the one hundred and ninety-seventh section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and ninety-eight to two hundred and nineteen of Part VII. of “The Land Act, 1885,” relating to small grazing runs.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-sixth section of the “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for sale as a village settlement, upon such terms and conditions which are to be set forth in the Order in Council to be made under the one hundred and sixty-seventh section of the said Act.
