to be a Member of the Timaru Harbour Board, the ratepayers of the Pareora District having failed to elect a member; and also to appoint

to be a Member of that Board, the ratepayers of the Makikiki District having failed to elect a member.

to be a Member of the Wanganui Harbour Board, the ratepayers of the County of Wanganui having elected only one member instead of two, as required by the Second Schedule to that Act.
