Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Campbell-town Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1832,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Names of Trustees. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
Vincent Christopher Ransom. CAMPBELLTOWN. All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 29 perches, more or less, situate in the Douglas Block, Block VIII., Te Kawan Survey District, in the Provincial District of Wellington, being part of Section No. 384. Bounded towards the North, East, and South by other portion of said Section No. 384; commencing at a point where the production across a public road of the northern boundary-line of Section No. 24 of Selection Block No. 2 strikes the western boundary of Section No. 384 aforesaid; the boundary proceeds thence Easterly on a bearing of 112° 42', true meridian, 500 links; thence Southerly by a line bearing 13° 27', 1000 links; thence Westerly by a line bearing 112° 42', 500 links, to a public road; thence Northerly by said public road to the starting-point, 1000 links: be the aforesaid linkages a little more or less.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

William Drummond. MOUTERE HILLS. All that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 28 acres, more or less, situate in the Land District of Nelson, being Section No. 115, Moutere Hills. Bounded on the North-eastward by a public road; on the Eastward by a stopped road; on the South-westward by Section No. 35; and on the North-westward by a public road.
