INANGAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL.—PUBLIC NOTICE.
In accordance with section 39 of "The Local Bodies' Loans
Act, 1886," notice is hereby given that the following is the
result of the poll of the ratepayers taken in the County of
Inangahua on the 2nd day of February, 1887, on the pro-
posal to raise a loan of £6,000, under the provisions of "The
Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1886:"—

Against the proposal .. .. .. 6
Total number of votes as appearing on the
roll, 681.
Total number of votes which can be exer-
cised, 634.
A majority of the ratepayers having voted in favour of the
proposal, and the number so voting being entitled to more

I HEREBY certify that the following general order was made
on the 22nd day of January, 1887, by the Mount Roskill
Road Board, in accordance with "The Road Boards Act,
1882:"—
That the Mount Roskill Road Board adopt "The Local
Bodies' Loans Act, 1886," generally.

CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the power in me for this
purpose vested by "The Customs Laws Consolidation
Act, 1882," I, the Commissioner of Trade and Customs, do
hereby approve and appoint the under-mentioned premises
to be a warehouse or place of security for the manufacture
therein of perfumery and other articles in which spirit is a
necessary ingredient:—
Port of Wellington.
Part of a brick building situated at the rear of premises of
Messrs. Barraud and Co., No. 54, Lambton Quay, Wellington,
to be known as
BARRAUD AND CO.'S PERFUMERY BOND.

Alterations in and Additions to the Scale of Charges in
force on the New Zealand Railways.
IN accordance with section 144 of "The Public Works
Act, 1882," I, Edward Richardson, the Minister for
Public Works, do hereby make the following alterations in
and additions to the scale of charges, to come into force
from and after the 14th February, 1887:—
PART IV.—LOCAL RATES.
GREYMOUTH SECTION.
Railway plant and material in full truck loads, Greymouth
to Brunnerton, will be charged 3s. 6d. per ton; consignee to
take delivery in the railway trucks and perform the un-
loading.
HURUNUI—BLUFF SECTION.
Bark, Port Chalmers to Sawyer's Bay.—Bark in bags
from Port Chalmers to Sawyer's Bay will be charged 3s. per
ton.
PART V.—GOODS CLASSIFICATION.
Lime from local kilns, for cement-making—Class O.
