toum Gold-mining Company. 16 acres, at Devil's Creek, in
the Nelson South-west Mining District.

Applicant: William G. Collings. Style under which it is
intended to conduct the business: Zealandia Gold-mining
Company. 16 acres 2 roods, at Devil's Creek, in the Nelson
South-west Mining District.

Given under my hand, at Nelson, this fifteenth day of

IN conformity with the thirty-seventh section of "The
Mines Act, 1877," and with the regulations made under
that Act for the granting of leases for gold-mining purposes,
it is hereby notified that it is intended to grant a lease of
Crown lands for gold-mining purposes to the applicant speci-
fied in the annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid
objections against such lease.

Objections to the granting of such lease, stating the
grounds of objection, must be made in writing, and lodged
with the Warden at Lyell on or before the 18th day of
January, 1887.

Copy of the application made and plan annexed may be
seen at the Warden's Office at Lyell.

now open to persons holding miners' rights or business
licenses, or to applicants for a lease, as if no lease of the said
ground had ever been applied for:β€”
