Auckland, containing by admeasurement 12 acres and 33
perches, 1 acre 2 roods 13 perches, 38·4 perches, 1 rood
19·8 perches, 0·2 perch, and 1 acre and 17·8 perches
respectively, more or less, situate in the Patutahi Survey
District, and being portions of a road-line, 100 links wide,
traversing the Papatu Block:—
Portion containing 12 acres and 33 perches: Commencing
at a point on the northern boundary of the Papatu Block at
a distance of 4630 links or thereabouts from the north-western
angle of the Whakatare Block, being the middle of the road
above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly
generally for a distance of 13000 links or thereabouts to a
point on the north-western boundary of the Papatu Block
aforesaid at a distance of 17447 links or thereabouts from
Te Aroha River.
Portion containing 1 acre 2 roods 13 perches: Commenc-
ing at a point on the north-western boundary of the Papatu
Block at a distance of 18·97 links or thereabouts to the
south-west of Te Aroha River, being the eastern angle of the
portion of road above referred to; and thence continuing
south-westerly along the aforesaid boundary for a distance
of 21 chains or thereabouts.
Portion containing 38·4 perches: Commencing at a point
on the north-western boundary of the Papatu Block at a
distance of 20997 links or thereabouts to the south-west of
Te Aroha River, being the eastern angle of the portion of
road above referred to; and thence continuing south-
west-erly along the aforesaid boundary for a distance of 550
links or thereabouts.
Portion containing 1 rood 19·8 perches: Commencing at
a point on the northern boundary of the Papatu Block at a
distance of 22997 links or thereabouts to the south-west of
Te Aroha River; and thence continuing south-westerly along
that boundary for a distance of 575 links.
Portion containing 0·2 perch: Commencing at a point
on the northern boundary of the Papatu Block at a distance of
26527 links or thereabouts to the south-west of Te Aroha
River, being the eastern angle of the portion of road above
referred to; and thence continuing westerly along the said
boundary for a distance of 18·1 links or thereabouts.
Portion containing 1 acre and 17·8 perches: Commencing
at a point on the northern boundary of the Papatu Block at
a distance of 335 links or thereabouts to the westward of
Station A; and thence continuing southerly, south-westerly,
and north-westerly for a total distance of 1115 links or there-
abouts to a point on the northern boundary aforesaid at a
distance of 800 links or thereabouts from the commencing-
point.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
delineated on Plans Nos. 3991A, 3991C, and 3991D, deposited
in the Survey Office at Auckland.

Auckland, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 3 roods
3·2 perches, 3 roods and 19 perches, 3 perches, 10 perches,
and 1 rood 6 perches respectively, more or less, situate in
the Patutahi Survey District, and being portions of road-
lines, 100 links wide and varying in width, traversing the
Rakaukaka Block:—
Portion containing 8 acres 3 roods 3·2 perches: Com-
mencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Whaka-
tare Block at a distance of 541·5 links or thereabouts from
its north-western angle, being the middle of the road above
referred to; and thence continuing northerly along the
eastern boundary of the Rakaukaka Block for a distance of
26 chains or thereabouts; and thence south-westerly for a
further distance of 6175 links or thereabouts to a point on
the northern boundary of the Papatu Block at a distance
of 4630 links from the north-western angle of the Whakatare
Block.
Portion containing 3 roods 19 perches: Commencing at a
point on the northern boundary of the Papatu Block at a
distance of 31 chains or thereabouts from the north-western
angle of the Whakatare Block, being the middle of the road
above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly for
a distance of 938 links or thereabouts to its junction with
the road hereinbefore described.
Portion containing 3 perches: Commencing at a point
on the northern boundary of the Papatu Block aforesaid at
a distance of 57 chains or thereabouts from the north-
western angle of the Whakatare Block, being the eastern
angle of the piece of road above referred to; and thence
continuing westerly along that boundary for a distance of
202·7 links or thereabouts.
Portion containing 10 perches: Commencing at a point on
the northern boundary of the Papatu Block at a distance of
65 chains or thereabouts from the north-western angle of
the Whakatare Block, being the eastern angle of the road
above referred to; and thence continuing westerly along the

northern boundary of the Papatu Block aforesaid for a dis-
tance of 426·2 links or thereabouts.
Portion containing 1 rood 6 perches: Commencing at a
point on the north-eastern boundary of the Papatu Block at
a distance of 72 chains or thereabouts from the north-western
angle of the Whakatare Block, being the southern angle of
the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly
along the north-eastern boundary of the Papatu Block afore-
said for a distance of 836 links or thereabouts.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
delineated on Plan No 3991A, deposited in the Survey Office
at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, containing by admeasurement 56 acres 2 roods and
2 acres 2 roods respectively, more or less, situate in the
Waimata Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide
and upwards, traversing the Ngakoroa Block:—
Road containing 56 acres 2 roods: Commencing at a point
on the south-western boundary of the aforesaid block, being
the middle of the north-eastern termination of the road-line
lying between Sections Nos. 81 and 66 of the Ormond Military
Settlement, and also the middle of the road above referred
to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a
distance of 44700 links or thereabouts to the Mangataikahu
Stream.
Road containing 2 acres 2 roods: Commencing at a point
on the road hereinbefore described at a distance of 38600 links
or thereabouts from its commencing-point, being the middle
of the aforesaid road; and thence continuing north-easterly
for a distance of 21 chains or thereabouts to the Mangataikahu
Stream aforesaid.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
delineated on Plan No. 3990B, deposited in the Survey Office
at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 5 perches,
more or less, situate in the Waimata and Turanganui Sur-
vey Districts, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, lying
along and within the south-eastern boundary of the Kahunui
Block; commencing at a point on the western boundary of
the Kahunui Block aforesaid at a distance of 197 links or
thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of
the road above referred to; and thence continuing along the
south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block for a distance of
3283 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is de-
lineated on Plan No. 3992, deposited in the Survey Office at
Auckland.

or less, situate in the Turanganui Survey District, and being
a road-line, 50 links wide, traversing the Matawhero No. 1
Block; commencing at a point on the south-western boun-
dary of the Rapanui Block at a distance of 637·5 links or
thereabouts from its western angle, being the middle of the
road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly
for a distance of 1112 links or thereabouts to its junction
with another road: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3993, deposited
in the Survey Office at Auckland.

more or less, situate in the Survey District of Turanganui,
and being a road-line, 50 links wide, traversing the Matawhero
No. 5 Block; commencing at a point on the southern side of
the main road at a distance of 3482 links to the westward of
Station No. 120A, being the middle of the road above referred
to; and thence continuing southerly for a distance of
2088·3 links or thereabouts to the southern boundary of the
Matawhero No. 5 Block aforesaid: be all the aforesaid link-
ages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No.
3994, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

land, containing by admeasurement 3 roods and 34 perches,
more or less, situate in the Turanganui Survey District,
and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Mata-
whero No. 3 Block; commencing at a point on the Makaretu
Stream at a distance of 62 links or thereabouts to the north-
westward of the north-western angle of the Huruhuruhutia
Block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and
thence continuing north-easterly for a distance of 957 links
or thereabouts to the southern boundary of the Tahoka
Block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the
same is delineated on Plan No. 3274, deposited in the
Survey Office at Auckland.
