SCHEDULE.
ALL those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 2 roods 5 perches, 9 acres and 21 perches, 5 acres 1 rood 38 perches, 13 acres and 36 perches, 2 roods, 5 acres 2 roods 32 perches, and 26 acres 2 roods 9 perches, respectively, situate in the Waikohu Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing portions of the Okahuatiu No. 1 Block, No. 4400:—
Portion containing 9 acres 2 roods 5 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1B Block at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from the stream which forms the western boundary of that block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 9540 links or thereabouts to another road, hereinafter described, at a distance of 140 links or thereabouts from the bridge across the aforesaid stream.
Portion containing 9 acres and 21 perches: Commencing at a point on the road hereinbefore described at a distance of 508 links or thereabouts from the junction of that road with another road, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly and easterly for a distance of 9106 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road, at a distance of 9551 links or thereabouts from the southernmost angle of the Okahuatiu No. 1D Block, and at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the last-named block.
Portion containing 5 acres 1 rood 38 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1A Block at a distance of 1648 links or thereabouts from the south-eastern angle of that block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 5489 links or thereabouts to the bridge over the Whakakariki Stream.
Portion containing 13 acres and 36 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1A Block at a distance of 195 links or thereabouts from the stream which forms the eastern boundary of that block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 13225 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road, at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1 Block at a distance of 13062·8 links or thereabouts to the north-westward of Station No. 106.
Portion containing 2 roods: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern side of the road next hereinafter described at a distance of 2162·4 links or thereabouts from the northern boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1B Block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 5700 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road on the southern boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1A Block, and at a distance of 742·5 links or thereabouts from the south-western corner of that block.
Portion containing 5 acres 2 roods 32 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1B Block at a distance of 189·4 links or thereabouts from the Waikakariki Stream, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 5700 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road on the southern boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1A Block, at a distance of 742·5 links or thereabouts from the south-western angle of that block.
Portion containing 26 acres 2 roods 9 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1B Block at a distance of 237 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 24700 links or thereabouts to the termination of a right line running on a bearing of 23° 13′ 5″ from Station C on the southern boundary of Okahuatiu No. 1, and at a distance of 9334 links from that station.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Plans Nos. 4170C, 4170F, 4170D, 4170E, and 4170A respectively, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 30·6 perches, more or less, situate in the Waikohu Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Okahuatiu No. 1B Block, No. 4347; commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 189·4 links or thereabouts from the Waikakariki Stream, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly and westerly for a total distance of 3691 links or thereabouts to a point on the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 237 links or thereabouts from the southern boundary of the aforesaid block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 4170D, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 38 perches and 3 acres 1 rood 10·4 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the Waikohu Survey District, and being road-lines, each 100 links wide, traversing the Okahuatiu No. 1A Block, No. 4346:—
Portion containing 3 acres 1 rood 38 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1A Block aforesaid at a distance of 195 links or thereabouts from the Waikakariki Stream, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly generally for a distance of 3490 links or thereabouts to a point on the southern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 1648 links from the stream aforesaid.
Portion containing 3 acres 1 rood 10·4 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1A Block at a distance of 742·5 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 3315 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road hereinbefore described.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Plan No. 4170D, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 28 acres 3 roods 12 perches, more or less, situate in the Waikohu Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the south-eastern portion of the Tangihanga No. 1A Block, No. 4602A; commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Tangihanga No. 1D Block at a distance of 37·5 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally along the south-eastern boundary of the Tangihanga Block No. 1A aforesaid, and along parts of the northern and north-western boundaries of the Repongaere No. 3 Block for a total distance of 27920 links or thereabouts to a stream which forms part of the western boundary of the Tangihanga: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plans Nos. 4169A and 4169B respectively, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 0·37 perch, situate in the Waikohu Survey District, and being a portion of a road-line cutting off the south-eastern corner of the Tangihanga No. 1D Block, No. 4602; commencing at the south-eastern angle of the aforesaid block. Bounded towards the South by a line, 24·7 links; towards the North-west by a line, 20·8 links; towards the North by a line, 4·9 links; and towards the North-east by a line, 17·3 links, to the commencing-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 4169B, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 25 acres 1 rood 31 perches, more or less, situate in the Waikohu Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Okahuatiu No. 1D Block, No. 4400D; commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Okahuatiu No. 1 Block at a distance of 9551 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing easterly generally for a distance of 17260 links or thereabouts to a stream at the western termination of the road which traverses the south-eastern portion of the Tangihanga No. 1A Block, No. 4602A: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plans No. 4170B and No. 4170F respectively, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
