South-west, North-west, and North-east
by other parts of said Section No. 120,
867, 1182, and 727·5 links ; on the East
by a road, 216 links ; and on the South-
east by a road, 981 links.

this seventh day of September, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-six.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
WILLIAM FORSBROOK
to be a Trustee, in the place of Leonard Price, resigned, to
provide for the maintenance and care of the Waimate
Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed
by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor
on the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-five.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this seventh day of September, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-six.
