Sanitary Towel for Ladies.—Patented.—Approved by the most Eminent Members of the Medical Profession.—Memorandum enclosed.” Diagonally across the compartment from left to right is the signature “Southall Bros. & Barclay.” In the left-hand upper corner of the compartment are three rings intertwined, a monogram composed of the letters “S.B.B.,” and the motto “Semper eadem.” In the right-hand upper corner of the compartment are two concentric circles, and within the space enclosed by the smaller of these two circles is the abbreviation “No.” The whole of the matter in the compartment being enclosed within a plain-line oblong border. Each of the end compartments contains the words “Southall’s Sanitary Towel for Ladies,” enclosed within a plain-line square border, the groundwork of each compartment being composed of lines crossing each other at right angles. Beneath each of these smaller compartments is the word “Patented,” and above the central compartment appears the following: “N.B.—For protection the label on each packet now bears the signature of the patentees.”

Description of Trade Mark.
An oblong label divided into two parts by a vertical line. On one part are the words “New Zealand Fresh Mullet” or “Schnapper,” as the case may be. “A Real Delicacy.” Above and below the word “Mullet” or “Schnapper” are lines and stars arranged in lines. On the other part of the label are the words “Star Brand;” below them the representation of a six-pointed star. Below the star are the words “Prepared ready for use by Masefield Bros., Batley, Kaipara.” The above words, stars, and lines are printed in gold on a blue ground.

Revocation of Appointment of a Bonding Warehouse.
CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the authority in me for this purpose vested, I, the Commissioner of Trade and Customs, do, by this order under my hand, revoke and annul the appointment of the under-mentioned warehouse for the reception and security of goods entered to be warehoused without payment of duty upon the first entry thereof, namely:—
