All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at the point marked A, and proceeds generally in a north-westerly direction to the point marked B; also the rectangular piece of ground abutting on the same, measuring 549 links by 300 links, and marked Z; as the same is more particularly shown on the plan marked S.O. 2148/1, No. 1.
All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at the point marked C, and proceeds generally in a north-easterly direction to the point marked D.
All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at the point marked F, and proceeds generally in a south-easterly direction to the point marked E.
All that road, 100 links wide, the centre of which commences at the point marked G, and proceeds generally in a north-westerly direction to the point marked H.
As the above-described roads are more particularly shown on the plan marked S.O. 2148/1, No. 1, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the blocks of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for the Woodville-Tiraumea and Pahiatua-Puketoi Special Settlements, upon the terms and conditions fixed by Order in Council issued on the fifth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five, and made under the one hundred and sixty-third section of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
WOODVILLE-TIRAUMEA SPECIAL SETTLEMENT.
ALL that piece or parcel of land being portion of Blocks I., II., and V., Makuri Survey District, in the Provincial District of Wellington, containing 5,819 acres. Bounded towards the North by the Hawke's Bay Provincial District, 24900 links; towards the East by Crown lands, 32800 links; towards the South by Crown lands, 14150 links; and towards the West by the Tiraumea River, by Crown lands 5400 links, and by the Manawatu River: as the same is more particularly shown on the plans marked S.O. 2051/44, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
PAHIATUA-PUKETOI SPECIAL SETTLEMENT.
All that piece or parcel of land being portion of Blocks VIII. and XII., Makuri Survey District, and Block XVI., Mangahao Survey District, in the Provincial District of Wellington, containing 5,763 acres. Bounded towards the North-east by Crown lands, 7700 links; towards the East by the Makuri River; towards the South-east by Crown lands, 24980 links; towards the South by the Tiraumea River and by Crown lands, 11500 links; and towards the West and North by the Mangaone and Tiraumea Rivers: as the same is more particularly shown on the plans marked S.O. 1971/46, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and ninety-seventh section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land specified in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and ninety-eight to two hundred and nineteen of Part VII. of “The Land Act, 1885,” relating to small grazing runs.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamation of the fifteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, by His Excellency the Governor, setting apart sections of land for leasing as small areas, with perpetual right of renewal, shall be and the same is hereby revoked in so far as it relates to the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto.
