constituted under “The Town Districts Act, 1881;” also to
appoint Tuesday, the 23rd day of February, 1886, to be the
time, and the Athenæum, Greymouth, to be the place, for
holding such first elections; also to appoint Friday, the
26th day of February, 1886, at 7 o’clock in the evening,
to be the time, and the said Athenæum to be the place, at
which the first meeting of the Commissioners of the said
town district shall be held.
