Time and Place for First Meeting of Contributors to Napier Hospital.

HIS Excellency the Governor has, in terms of section 49 of “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” been pleased to appoint Monday, the 1st day of February next, at 2 o’clock p.m., to be the time, and the Old Provincial Council Chambers at Napier to be the place, for the first meeting of the contributors to the Napier Hospital.

Incorporation of Thames Hospital as a Separate Institution.

Wellington, 16th January, 1886.
HIS Excellency the Governor in Council directs it to be notified, in terms of section 43 of “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” that he has received a petition from the Committee of Management of the Thames Hospital, to which is annexed a verified list, signed by 194 persons, in terms of section 38 of the said Act, praying that the Thames Hospital may be incorporated as a separate institution; and that if no counter-petition, signed by an equal or greater number of such persons, shall have been delivered at the office of the Colonial Secretary within one month after the publication of this notice, or if the District Board shall not have lodged with the Colonial Secretary within the same time an objection to such petition, the Governor in Council will declare the said hospital to be a separate institution under the said Act.

Incorporation of Reef ton Hospital as a Separate Institution

HIS Excellency the Governor in Council directs it to be notified, in terms of section 43 of “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” that he has received a petition from the Committee of Management of the Reef ton Hospital, to which is annexed a verified list, signed by 110 persons, in terms of section 38 of the said Act, praying that the Reef ton Hospital may be incorporated as a separate institution; and that if no counter-petition, signed by an equal or greater number of such persons, shall have been delivered at the office of the Colonial Secretary within one month after the publication of this notice, or if the District Board shall not have lodged with the Colonial Secretary within the same time an objection to such petition, the Governor in Council will declare the said hospital to be a separate institution under the said Act.

HIS Excellency the Governor in Council directs it to be notified, in terms of section 43 of “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” that he has received a petition from the Committee of Management of the Arrow District Hospital, to which is annexed a verified list, signed by 124 persons, in terms of section 38 of the said Act, praying that the Arrow District Hospital may be incorporated as a separate institution; and that if no counter-petition, signed by an equal or greater number of such persons, shall have been delivered at the office of the Colonial Secretary within one month after the publication of this notice, or if the District Board shall not have lodged with the Colonial Secretary within the same time an objection to such petition, the Governor in Council will declare the said hospital to be a separate institution under the said Act.

HIS Excellency the Governor in Council directs it to be notified, in terms of section 43 of “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” that he has received a petition from the Committee of Management of the Dunstan District Hospital, to which is annexed a verified list, signed by 123 persons, in terms of section 38 of the said Act, praying that the Dunstan District Hospital may be incorporated as a separate institution; and that if no counter-petition, signed by an equal or greater number of such persons, shall have been delivered at the office of the Colonial Secretary within one month after the publication of this notice, or if the District Board shall not have lodged with the Colonial Secretary within the same time an objection to such petition, the Governor in Council will declare the said hospital to be a separate institution under the said Act.

HIS Excellency the Governor in Council directs it to be notified, in terms of section 43 of “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” that he has received a petition from the Committee of Management of the Westland Hospital, to which is annexed a verified list, signed by 505 persons, in terms of section 38 of the said Act, praying that the Westland Hospital may be incorporated as a separate institution; and that if no counter-petition, signed by an equal or greater number of such persons, shall have been delivered at the office of the Colonial Secretary within one month after the publication of this notice, or if the District Board shall not have lodged with the Colonial Secretary within the same time an objection to such petition, the Governor in Council will declare the said hospital to be a separate institution under the said Act.
