-described in the Schedule thereto is declared to be brought under the operation of and to be subject to the provisions of the said “ Public Domains Act, 1881:”
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth, by this present order, delegate all the powers conferred by the Act first above mentioned, except the powers under or conferred by sections five and twelve, to the under-mentioned persons, who shall be known as the Dobson Domain Board, namely,—
BENJAMIN HOUSLEY,
JOHN FOSTER,
GEORGE WHITE,
EDWARD GEORGE SWEETMAN,
EDWARD LAWES,
HENRY DENHARD,
ROBERT SCHOFIELD,
THOMAS ASPINALL JONES, and
ROBERT ARTHUR GUINNESS
(herein referred to as “the Board”), subject to the stipulations hereinafter contained, that is to say,—

The Board shall meet for the transaction of business on the first Saturday in each month, at eight o’clock p.m., at Sweetman’s Post Office Store, Dobson, or at such other time or place as may from time to time be fixed by the Board. The first meeting shall be held on Saturday, the third day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six.

Special meetings may be convened by the Chairman or by any two members of the Board, provided that two days’ notice of such meeting be given to each member, specifying the business to be transacted at such special meeting, and no other business than that so specified shall be transacted at such meeting.

Any three of the said Board shall form a quorum. Any meeting may be adjourned from time to time.

The members of the Board shall, at their first meeting, and thereafter at an annual meeting to be held on the second Saturday in January in every succeeding year thereafter, elect one of themselves to be Chairman, who may join in the discussion, and shall have an original as well as a casting vote. The Chairman shall hold office until the election of his successor.

If at any meeting the Chairman is not present at the time appointed for holding the same, the members present shall choose some one of their number to be Chairman of such meeting.

If, by resignation, death, or incapacity, or otherwise, the office of Chairman shall be or become vacant, the members may at any monthly or special meeting appoint a Chairman.

All questions shall be determined by the majority of votes of the members of the Board present at a meeting.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of June, 1886.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the sixteenth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine, making delegation of certain powers in manner as therein appears; and doth, with the like advice and consent, by this present order, delegate, but only with respect to the piece or parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto, all the powers conferred by the Act aforesaid, except the powers under or conferred by sections five and twelve thereof, to
The NGARUAWAHIA TOWN BOARD,
which shall be known as the Ngaruawahia Domain Board (herein referred to as “the Board”), subject to the stipulations hereinafter contained, that is to say,—

The first meeting shall be held on Monday, the twelfth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six.

ALL that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 116 acres, being Suburban Allotment No. 123, Parish of Horotiu. Bounded towards the North-east by the Waikato River; towards the South-east by a road, 100 links wide, 1770 links; towards the South-west by a road, 100 links wide, 910 and 4000 links; and towards the North-west by a road, 100 links wide, 2270 links: intersected from north-east to south-west by a road, 100 links wide, reserved through the said allotment.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN exercise and pursuance of the powers vested in him by “The Cemeteries Act 1882 Amendment Act, 1885,” and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby delegate to the Council of the County of Tuapeka the powers conferred upon him by section six of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” as to the appointment and removal of Trustees for the cemetery described in the Schedule hereto; and doth declare that this Order in Council shall take effect as from the first day of July next.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, situate in the Benger Survey District, being Section No. 63, Block III., on the map of the said district, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 5 perches. Bounded towards the North-west by Section No. 17, 700 links; towards the North-east by Section No. 18, 550 links; towards the South-east by Section No. 18, 677 links; and towards the South-west by a road-line, 550 links.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him in that behalf by “The Licensing Act, 1881,” and “The Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1882,” His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby proclaim and define the District of Upper Waikai, as described in the Schedule hereto, to be a special licensing district under the aforesaid Acts, from and after the first day of July next.
