A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by the one hundred and sixty-second section of
"The Land Act, 1885," I, William Francis Drummond
Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the sections of land described
in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set
apart and declared open on and after Monday, the seventh
instant, for a village special settlement, upon the terms and
conditions fixed by Order in Council of even date herewith,
and made under the one hundred and sixty-third section of
the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in him by the one hundred and thirty-fifth
section of "The Land Act, 1885," and of every other power
and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, doth hereby declare that the sections of land enume-
rated in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart for lease,
with right of renewal, under the provisions of Part IV. of
"The Land Act, 1885."

Tairi Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by "The New Zealand State Forests
Act, 1885," and of every other power and authority enabling
me in that behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, do hereby set apart the forest lands described in the
Schedule hereto, forming part of the Crown lands in New
Zealand, as and for State forests within the provisions of the
said Act.

OTAGO.

GIMMERBURN Survey District: Block VI., Sections Nos. 1,
3, 4, 6, 7, and part of 2, comprising about 1,176 acres; Forest
Reserves Nos. 25, 26, 27, and 28, comprising about 67 acres.
Upper Tairi Survey District: Block VI., Sections Nos. 1,
2, 3, 4, 5, 12, 13, and 14, comprising about 1,965 acres; Forest
Reserves Nos. 17, 18, and 19, comprising about 86 acres.
