I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Kimberley Gold-mining Company as a Limited
Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies
Act, 1872.”
- The name of the company is to be the Kimberley Gold-
mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at Waihi, in the Provincial
District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand. - The registered office of the company will be situated at
the New Zealand Insurance Company’s Buildings, Auckland,
in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New
Zealand. - The nominal capital of the company is ten thousand
four hundred pounds sterling, in twenty thousand eight
hundred shares of ten shillings sterling each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twenty thousand
eight hundred, being the entire number of shares in the
company. - The number of shares paid up is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is Roderick McDonald Scott.
- The names and addresses and occupations of the share-

THE CROMWELL QUARTZ-MINING COMPANY
(LIMITED).
THE schedule prepared by me in the winding-up of the
above-named company, showing the proposed plan of
distribution of the assets of the said company, is now open
in my office, Bond Street, Dunedin, for inspection by the
contributors to and creditors of the said company; and all
unpaid claims mentioned in the said schedule will, after
twenty-one days from the publication of this notice, be paid
at my office.

IT is hereby notified that it is intended to apply for a
gold-mining lease of 10 acres of land, situate at the
Arahura Flat, in accordance with Appendix A of “The Mines
Act, 1877.”

meeting of the Scandinavian Water-race Company
(Registered), held in the company’s office on Monday, the 3rd

subsisting between us, the undersigned RICHARD
LEAVER and THOMAS HENRY LEAVER, carrying on business
in High Street, in the City of Christchurch, as Tailors, under
the name, style, or firm of “R. and T. H. Leaver,” has this
day been dissolved by mutual consent.
The business will for the future be carried on by Thomas
Henry Leaver on his own account, and he will pay all
liabilities due by, and receive all moneys due to, the late
firm.
