the eastern termination of the road containing 7 acres 3
roods 33 perches, hereinbefore defined, being the middle of
the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-
easterly generally for a distance of 51 chains or thereabouts
to its junction with another road, hereinafter defined, con-
taining 24 acres 1 rood 8 perches.

Road containing 26 acres and 24 perches: Commencing at
a point on the eastern side of the road first hereinbefore de-
fined at a distance of 130 chains or thereabouts from the
Oraka Stream, being the middle of the road above referred
to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a
distance of 26150 links or thereabouts to the Oraka Stream
aforesaid at a distance of 23 chains or thereabouts from the
north-eastern angle of the aforesaid block.

Road containing 10 acres 3 roods 32 perches: Commenc-
ing at a point on the eastern side of a road, hereinafter de-
fined, containing 24 acres 1 rood 8 perches, at a distance of
18 chains or thereabouts from its northern extremity, being
the middle of the road above referred to; and thence con-
tinuing easterly generally for a distance of 10950 links or
thereabouts to its junction with the road last hereinbefore
defined.

Road containing 10 acres 1 rood: Commencing at a point
on the eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance
of 112 chains or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle,
being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence
continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 10250
links or thereabouts to the junction of the roads containing
26 acres and 24 perches, and 10 acres 3 roods 32 perches,
hereinbefore defined.

Road containing 24 acres 1 rood 8 perches: Commencing
at a point on the southern side of the road containing 26
acres and 24 perches, hereinbefore defined, at a distance of
850 links or thereabouts from its western extremity, being
the middle of the road above referred to; and thence con-
tinuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 24295 links
or thereabouts to the eastern boundary of the aforesaid
block, and at a point on the same 19 chains or thereabouts
distant from its south-eastern angle.

Road containing 1 acre 3 roods 32 perches: Commencing
at a point on the western side of the road containing 24
acres 1 rood 8 perches, at a distance of 27 chains or there-
abouts from its northern extremity, being the middle of the
road above referred to; and thence continuing westerly for
a distance of 1950 links or thereabouts to another road,
hereinbefore described, containing 5 acres 3 roods 32 perches.

Road containing 1 acre 1 rood 24 perches: Commencing
at a point on the eastern side of the road containing 5 acres
3 roods 32 perches, last hereinbefore referred to, at a distance
of 31 chains or thereabouts from its southern extremity;
and thence continuing easterly for a distance of 1400 links
or thereabouts to another road, hereinbefore described, con-
taining 24 acres 1 rood 8 perches.

Road containing 8 acres 2 roods 32 perches: Commencing
at a point on the eastern side of the road, hereinbefore de-
scribed, containing 5 acres 1 rood 24 perches, at a distance
of 25 chains or thereabouts from the Ngutuwhera Stream
aforesaid; and thence continuing north-easterly and
northerly for a distance of 8715 links or thereabouts to a
road, hereinbefore described, containing 24 acres 1 rood 8
perches.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same
are delineated on Plans Nos. 3662F and 3662G, deposited
in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of
Auckland, containing by admeasurement 26 acres and 21
perches, 6 acres 3 roods 2 perches, 3 acres and 14 perches, 11
acres and 36 perches, 5 acres 1 rood 38 perches, 3 acres and
24 perches, 1 acre 2 roods 4 perches, and 1 acre and 3
perches respectively, more or less, situated in the Patetere
North Survey District, and being road-lines, each 100 links
wide, traversing the Opouaru Block No. 4925:—

Portion containing 26 acres and 21 perches: Commencing
at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block
at a distance of 88 chains or thereabouts from the Pokai-
whenua Stream, being the middle of the road above referred
to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a
distance of 26120 links or thereabouts to the south-eastern
boundary of the aforesaid block, and at a point on the same
at a distance of 2050 links or thereabouts from its south-
eastern angle.

Road containing 6 acres 3 roods 2 perches: Commencing
at a point on the northern boundary of the Opouaru Block
aforesaid at a distance of 11950 links or thereabouts from
its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above
referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally
for a distance of 69 chains or thereabouts to its junction
with the road hereinbefore described.

Road containing 3 acres and 14 perches: Commencing at
a point on the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid
block at a distance of 4850 links from its south-eastern angle,
being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence
continuing westerly for a distance of 3089 links or there-
abouts to its junction with the road first hereinbefore de-
scribed.

Road containing 11 acres and 36 perches: Commencing
at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block
at a distance of 3650 links or thereabouts from its north-
eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred
to; and thence continuing south-westerly and south-easterly
generally for a distance of 11975 links or thereabouts to a
point on the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block
at a distance of 71 chains or thereabouts from its north-
eastern angle.

Road containing 5 acres 1 rood 38 perches: Commencing
at a point on the southern side of the road last hereinbefore
described at a distance of 5 chains or thereabouts from the
northern boundary of the Opouaru Block aforesaid, being
the middle of the road above referred to; and thence con-
tinuing southerly generally for a distance of 5492 links or
thereabouts to its junction with the road last hereinbefore
described, and at a distance on the same of 30 chains or
thereabouts from the south-eastern boundary of the afore-
said block.

Road containing 3 acres and 24 perches: Commencing at
a point on the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block
at a distance of 3550 links or thereabouts from its north-
eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred
to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a
distance of 3150 links or thereabouts to its junction with the
road last hereinbefore described, and at a distance on the
same of 17 chains or thereabouts from its northern ex-
tremity.

Road containing 1 acre 2 roods 4 perches: Commencing
at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block
at a distance of 56 links or thereabouts to the westward of
the crossing on the same of the Thames Valley-Rotorua
Railway, being the middle of the road above referred to;
and thence continuing south-easterly along the western side
of the said railway-line for a distance of 1530 links or there-
abouts to the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block.

Road containing 1 acre and 3 perches: Commencing at a
point on the northern boundary of the Opouaru Block afore-
said at a distance of 55 links or thereabouts to the eastward
of the Thames Valley-Rotorua Railway-crossing on the same,
being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence
continuing south-easterly along the said railway for a dis-
tance of 1025 links or thereabouts to the south-eastern
boundary of the aforesaid block.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
delineated on Plan No. 3662A, deposited in the Survey Office
at Auckland.

Survey District of Patetere North, and being road-lines, 100
links wide and upwards, traversing the Mangakaretu Block,
No. 4306:—

Portion containing 15 acres 3 roods 17 perches, 150 links
wide: Commencing at a point on the north-western
boundary of the Mangakaretu Block aforesaid at a distance
of 12500 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle,
being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence
continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 10575
links or thereabouts to another road at the crossing of the
latter by the Thames Valley-Rotorua Railway.

Portion containing 30 acres 1 rood 24 perches: Commenc-
ing at a point on the Oraka Stream a distance to the north-
eastward of 44 chains or thereabouts from the southern
termination of the road hereinbefore described, being the
middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing
south-westerly generally for a distance of 30400 links or
thereabouts to a point about 12 chains distant from the
north-western angle of the Mangakaretu No. 2B Block.

Portion containing 14 acres 3 roods: Commencing at a
point on the southern side of the road last hereinbefore de-
scribed at a distance of 7550 links or thereabouts from the
intersection of the same by the Thames Valley-Rotorua
Railway, being the middle of the road above referred to;
and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance
of 14750 links or thereabouts to another road.

Portion containing 25 acres 3 roods 24 perches: Com-
mencing at a point on the Pokaiwhenua River at a distance
of 4850 links or thereabouts from its confluence with the
Opouwaru Stream; and thence north-easterly generally for a
distance of 25900 links or thereabouts to the southern ter-
mination of the road last hereinbefore described.
