Portion containing 8 acres 1 rood 37 perches: Commencing at a point being the termination of a right line produced in continuance in an easterly direction of the central line of the road last hereinbefore described, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly and easterly generally for a distance of 8480 links or thereabouts to the Oraka Stream.
Portion containing 5 acres and 8 perches: Commencing at a point on the road last hereinbefore described at a distance of 70 chains or thereabouts from the Oraka River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing in a south-easterly direction to a point at a distance of about 10 chains to the eastward of the Thames Valley—Rotorua Railway.
Portion containing 2 acres: Commencing at the south-eastern termination of the road last hereinbefore defined, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south westerly for a distance of 20 chains to the south-eastern termination of another road.
Portion containing 2 acres: Commencing at a point on the road containing 5 acres and 8 perches, hereinbefore defined, at a distance of 20 chains or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 20 chains to another road.
Portion containing 2 acres 3 roods 16 perches, 150 links wide: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road lastly hereinbefore described at a distance of 7 chains or thereabouts from its south-western termination, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 19 chains or thereabouts to a previously-described road.
Portion containing 2 acres 3 roods 16 perches: Commencing at a point also on the southern side of the road referred to in the last description at a distance of 2 chains or thereabouts to the eastward of the Thames Valley—Rotorua Railway, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 19 chains or thereabouts to a previously-defined road.
Portion containing 4 acres and 16 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of a road containing 3 acres and 2 roods, previously defined, at a distance of 6 chains or thereabouts to the westward of the Thames Valley—Rotorua Railway, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 41 chains or thereabouts to the western termination of a road hereinbefore defined.
Portion containing 12 acres 2 roods 20 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern side of a road containing 2 acres, hereinbefore defined, at a distance of 50 links from the eastern side of the Thames Valley—Rotorua Railway, being the middle of the road above referred to; thence continuing northerly generally along the eastern side of the aforesaid railway for a distance of 8230 links; and thence due north for a further distance of 44 chains or thereabouts.
Portion containing 8 acres 2 roods: Commencing at a point lying 50 links to the east of the Thames Valley—Rotorua Railway, and at a distance of 21 chains or thereabouts from the commencing point of the road last hereinbefore defined; thence continuing south-easterly generally along the railway aforesaid for a distance of 59 chains or thereabouts; and thence leaving the said railway and continuing south-easterly for a further distance of 26 chains or thereabouts to its junction with another road.
Portion containing 24 acres: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Mangakaretu Block aforesaid at a distance of 6 chains or thereabouts from its southernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; thence continuing north-westerly along the eastern side of the Thames Valley—Rotorua Railway for a distance of 57 chains or thereabouts, and leaving the said railway and continuing northerly to the southern termination of the road lastly hereinbefore described; and thence continuing north-easterly to the Oraka Stream: being a total distance of 24000 links or thereabouts.
Portion containing 3 acres 1 rood: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Mangakaretu Block aforesaid at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts to the westward of the Thames Valley—Rotorua Railway, being the middle of the road above referred to; thence continuing north-westerly along the aforesaid railway for a distance of 1850 links or thereabouts; and thence south-westerly to the southern boundary of the Mangakaretu Block aforesaid: being a total distance of 3250 links.
Portion containing 5 acres 3 roods 17 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Mangakaretu Block at a distance of 120 chains or thereabouts from its southernmost angle, being the middle of the aforesaid road; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 5850 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road, hereinbefore defined, containing 24 acres.
Portion containing 13 acres 3 roods 20 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Mangakaretu Block at a distance of 9350 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly and westerly generally for a distance of 13899 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road at the Pokaiwhenua Stream, and at a distance on that stream of 6150 links or thereabouts from the south-western angle of the aforesaid block.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Plans Nos. 3662, 3662B, and 3662C.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 2 roods 18 perches, and 3 acres and 18 perches respectively, more or less, situated in the Patetere North Survey District, and being road-lines, each 100 links wide, traversing the Whakaratamaiti No. 2 Block, No. 4914A:—
Road containing 8 acres 2 roods 18 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 50 chains or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly generally for a distance of 8620 links or thereabouts to the southern boundary of the aforesaid block at a point on the same 2600 links distant from its south-eastern angle.
Road containing 3 acres and 18 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 7000 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly and south-westerly generally for a distance of 3120 links or thereabouts to the Oraka Stream.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Plan No. 3662H, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

Road containing 31 acres 2 roods 35 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 93 chains or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly and easterly generally for a distance of 31720 links or thereabouts to the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block, and at a distance of 12400 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle.
Road containing 4 acres: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road hereinbefore defined at a distance of 170 chains or thereabouts from the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally for a distance of 40 chains or thereabouts to the Oraka Stream.
Road containing 3 roods 32 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 2850 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the aforesaid road; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 960 links or thereabouts to the Oraka Stream.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Plans Nos. 3662H and 3662I, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
