Road containing 7 acres 2 roods 22 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-eastern side of the road last hereinbefore described at a distance of 85 chains or thereabouts from its north-western extremity, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 7640 links or thereabouts to the Waihou River.

Road containing 9 acres and 8 perches: Commencing at a point on the western side of the road containing 24 acres 2 roods 20 perches opposite to the western termination of the road last hereinbefore described, and being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally for a distance of 9050 links or thereabouts to the Oraka Stream.

Road containing 2 acres and 3 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Mangapouri No. 1 Block aforesaid at a distance of 73 chains or thereabouts from the Oraka Stream, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly generally for a distance of 2020 links or thereabouts to the road, containing 24 acres 2 roods 20 perches hereinbefore described.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Plans Nos. 3662D and 3662E, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 46 acres, 12 acres 2 roods 25 perches, 12 acres 1 rood 18 perches, 7 acres and 12 perches, 3 acres 2 roods, 3 acres 3 roods 16 perches, 5 acres, 5 acres and 16 perches, 2 acres and 25 perches, 4 acres 1 rood 19 perches, 6 acres 3 roods 30 perches, 7 acres 3 roods 33 perches, 8 acres 2 roods 33 perches, 3 roods 24 perches, 5 acres 1 rood 24 perches, 7 acres 2 roods 19 perches, 2 acres 3 roods 8 perches, 5 acres 3 roods 32 perches, 5 acres and 16 perches, 26 acres and 24 perches, 10 acres 3 roods 32 perches, 10 acres 1 rood, 24 acres 1 rood 8 perches, 1 acre 3 roods 32 perches, 1 acre 1 rood 24 perches, and 8 acres 2 roods 32 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the Patetere North Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Mangarautawhiri Block, No. 4926:—

Road containing 46 acres, 100 links wide and upwards: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of the Mangarautawhiri Block at a distance of 55 chains or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly, north-easterly, and northerly generally for a distance of 277 chains or thereabouts to the Oraka Stream at a distance of 68 chains or thereabouts from the north-western angle of the aforesaid block.

Road containing 12 acres 2 roods 25 perches: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of the block aforesaid at a distance of 75 links or thereabouts to the northward of the Thames Valley–Rotorua Railway-crossing on the same, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly along the said railway for a distance of 120 chains or thereabouts; thence by a line running at right angles to the same to the north-eastward for a distance of 200 links; and thence by another line running at right angles to the latter line, to the south-eastward, to the road hereinbefore defined.

Road containing 12 acres 1 rood 18 perches: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of the Mangarautawhiri Block aforesaid at a distance of 75 links or thereabouts to the southward of the Thames Valley–Rotorua Railway-crossing on the same, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly along the said railway for a distance of 117 chains or thereabouts; thence by a line running at right angles south-westerly for a distance of 200 links; and thence again by a line running at right angles south-easterly to the road first hereinbefore described.

Road containing 7 acres and 12 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-eastern side of the road containing 12 acres 2 roods 25 perches, hereinbefore defined, at a distance of 25 chains or thereabouts from the western boundary of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; thence continuing north-easterly for a distance of 30 chains or thereabouts; and thence south-easterly for a distance of 450 links or thereabouts to another road.

Road containing 3 acres 2 roods: Commencing at a point on the eastern side of the road first hereinbefore defined at a distance of 96 chains or thereabouts from the Oraka Stream, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 35 chains to the road containing 12 acres 2 roods 25 perches, already defined.

Road containing 3 acres 3 roods 16 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-western side of the road containing 12 acres 1 rood 18 perches already defined, a distance of 68 chains or thereabouts from the western boundary of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 3850 links or thereabouts to a road hereinafter defined, containing 5 acres and 16 perches.

Road containing 5 acres: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of the Mangarautawhiri Block aforesaid at a distance of 2250 links from the southern side of the Thames Valley–Rotorua Railway-crossing, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 5000 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road last hereinbefore defined.

Road containing 5 acres and 16 perches: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 60 chains or thereabouts from the southern side of the Thames Valley–Rotorua Railway-crossing, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 5099 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road first hereinbefore defined.

Road containing 2 acres and 25 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road first hereinbefore described at a distance of 32 chains or thereabouts from the western boundary of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly for a distance of 2155 links or thereabouts to a road containing 6 acres 3 roods 30 perches, hereinafter defined.

Road containing 4 acres 1 rood 19 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road first hereinbefore defined at a distance of 40 chains or thereabouts from the western boundary of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 4365 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road containing 7 acres 3 roods 33 perches, hereinafter described.

Road containing 6 acres 3 roods 30 perches: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 2650 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the aforesaid road; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 6945 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road containing 8 acres 2 roods 33 perches, hereinafter defined.

Road containing 7 acres 3 roods 33 perches: Commencing at point on the northern side of a road containing 8 acres 2 roods 33 perches, hereinafter defined, at a distance of 36 chains or thereabouts from the Ngutuwhera Stream, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly generally for a distance of 31 chains; and thence south-easterly generally for a further distance of 3855 links or thereabouts to another road containing 5 acres 1 rood 24 perches, hereinafter defined.

Road containing 8 acres 2 roods 33 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern side of the Ngutuwhera Stream at a distance of 40 chains or thereabouts from the south-western angle of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing easterly generally for a distance of 8710 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road last hereinbefore mentioned to contain 5 acres 1 rood 24 perches.

Road containing 3 roods and 24 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road containing 6 acres 3 roods 30 perches, hereinbefore defined, at a distance of 1830 links or thereabouts from the western boundary of the Mangarautawhiri Block aforesaid, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly for a distance of 965 links.

Road containing 5 acres 1 rood 24 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern side of the Ngutuwhera Stream at a distance of 128 chains or thereabouts from the south-western angle of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly generally to the eastern termination of another road, hereinbefore defined, containing 7 acres 3 roods 33 perches.

Road containing 7 acres 2 roods 19 perches, 100 links wide and upwards: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road first hereinbefore defined at a distance of 93 chains or thereabouts from the western boundary of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 58 chains or thereabouts to a road containing 5 acres and 16 perches, hereinafter defined.

Road containing 2 acres 3 roods 8 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road first hereinbefore defined at a distance of 99 chains or thereabouts from the western boundary of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 26 chains; and thence south-westerly for a further distance of 2 chains to its junction with the road last hereinbefore described.

Road containing 5 acres 3 roods 32 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road first hereinbefore defined at a distance of 121 chains or thereabouts from the western boundary of the aforesaid block; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 5950 links to another road, hereinafter defined, containing 5 acres and 16 perches.
