SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece of land situated in the District of Coromandel,
Queen's County, containing 29·75 perches, be the same a little
more or less, and called or known by the name of Parangu
No. 13, and numbered 2273, being the whole of the block of
land comprised in the Crown grant registered in Vol. No. 3,
page 55, of the Register of Deeds Office, Auckland, in the
Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New
Zealand.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this eighth
day of October, 1885.

THE HONOURABLE THE PREMIER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
was reserved for a site for a sheep- and cattle-market:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient
to vest the said land in the Ashburton County Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of
"The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby declare that,
from and after the day of the date hereof, the said reserve
shall become vested in the Ashburton County Council, in
trust, for a site for a sheep- and cattle-market.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Canter-
bury, containing by admeasurement 20 acres, more or less,
being Section No. 2648 (in red), situate in the Ashburton
Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east by Section
No. 1030 (in red), 828·3 links; towards the North-west by
Section No. 26522, 2948·2 links; towards the South-west by
Lot No. 4, subdivision of Reserve No. 1769 (in red), 535·4
links; and towards the South-east by the main South Road,
2983·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as
the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District
Survey Office, Christchurch.

County Roads, under the Charge and Control of the Wai-
temata County Council.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him
by "The Public Works Act, 1882," and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth
hereby order that the roads in the County of Waitemata,
described in the Schedule below, shall, on and after the
date above mentioned, become county roads, under the charge
and control of the Waitemata County Council.
SCHEDULE.
Main North Road.—Commencing at a point opposite the
southernmost corner of Lot No. 8 of a subdivision of Allot-
ment No. 190 in the Parish of Takapuna, and extending
northwards to the middle of the Wairoa River, being a dis-
tance of about twenty-one and a half miles.
West Coast Road.—Commencing at Helensville, and ex-
tending northwards to the middle of the Makarau River,
being a distance of about twelve miles.

County Roads, under the Charge and Control of the Rod-
ey County Council.

SCHEDULE.
Main North Road.—Commencing at the middle of the Wai-
wera River, and extending northwards to the northern
boundary of county, being also southern boundary of Hobson
County; being a distance of about forty-seven miles.
West Coast Road.—Commencing at the middle of the
Makarau River, and extending to the northern side of the
Hoteo River, being a distance of about ten and a half miles.

Waipu Gorge, being a distance of about fourteen miles.
