NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court, to be held at Auckland, on 31st January, 1884, and following days, will be heard the claims of the persons, whose names appear in the first column, to succeed to the interests of the persons, deceased, whose names appear in the second column in the blocks of land named in the third column.
If any of the people who are dead have made wills, let not those who claim to succeed them neglect to produce them, that the Judge may see, and decide according to the wish of the deceased

IN the matter of a decision of the Court given at Auckland, in the said district, on the 2nd day of March, 1883, upon the hearing of an application to succeed to the interest of Pera Tuwerowero in land situate in the said district, and known as Oruamo; and in the matter of the application made to this Court in writing within three months after such decision was given, by a Native thinking himself aggrieved thereby, for a rehearing upon the aforesaid claim :
