I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby order that a rehearing upon such claim be had on the 31st day of January, 1884, at a sitting of the Court to be then holden at Auckland, in the district aforesaid.

I RUNGA i tetahi whakataunga a te Kooti i tu nei ki Akarana, i taua Takiwa ano, i te 2 o nga ra o Mei, 1883, i runga hoki i tetahi tono riiwhi mo te hea o Pera Tuwerowero i roto i tetahi pihi whenua i roto i taua Takiwa, ko “Oruamo,” te ingoa:

I runga hoki i tetahi tono whakawa tuarua i tuhituhia mai nei ki tenei kooti i roto i nga marama e toru i muri mai i taua whakataunga a te Kooti, he whakaaro ki tona mate i tuhia mai ai e taua tangata Maori kia whakawakia tuaruatia ano taua kereme:

Na, ko ahau ko Hone Eruini Maketanara, Te Tumuaki Kaiwhakawa o taua Kooti, i runga i te mana kua tukua mai nei ki ahau mo taua mahi, ka whakahau atu nei kia whakawakia tuaruatia ano taua kereme, a tetahi tuunga o te Kooti ki Akarana, a te 31 o nga ra o Hanuere, 1884.

He mea tuhituhi i te 8 o nga ra o Hanuere, 1884.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Waipawa, in the district of Napier, on the 14th day of February next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in the third column.

And, in pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of “The Native Land Division Act, 1882,” all persons having in their possession any Crown grant, or other instrument of title, relative to any of the lands aforesaid, are hereby ordered to produce them at the said sitting of the Court.
