Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Huntly Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.


SCHEDULE.

Lewis Bassiere Harris. HUNTLY.
Robert Hetherington. All that parcel of land containing 5 acres, more or less, being portion of Lot No. 14, Parish of Taupiri, Rangiriri Survey District, Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded towards the North by the other part of Lot No. 14, 780 links; towards the East by the Great South Road, 645 links; towards the South by Lot No. 13 of the Parish of Taupiri aforesaid, 811 links; and towards the West by the Waikato River.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule, in lieu of J. F. Hathaway and the Reverend A. Russell, deceased, the Reverend H. F. Butt, resigned, and the Reverend A. M. J. Sauzau, left the district.

Arthur Barnett. TUAMARINA.
John Clervaux Chaytor. All that piece or parcel of land in the Village of Tuamarina, Provincial District of Marlborough, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 28 perches, more or less, being Section No. 24 and part of Sections Nos. 21, 22, and 23 on the plan of the said village. Bounded towards the North-east and South-east by Cotterill Street; towards the South by other parts of Sections Nos. 23, 22, and 21; and towards the North-west by Section No. 25 on the plan of the said village: as the same is shown on the official map in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Marlborough.

Alexander Begg. All that parcel of land situate in the Glenomaru District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 16 perches, more or less, being Section No. 12, Block II., on the map of the said district. Bounded towards the North-west by Section No. 2 of 2, 820 links; towards the North-west by a road-line, 550 links; towards the South-east by Section No. 11, 1066 links; and towards the South-west by Section No. 1 of 2, 500 links: and intersected by a road-line 50 links wide.

Bounded as follows: Towards the North-east by Crown lands, 192·8 links; towards the South-east by Crown lands, 300 links; towards the South-west by a road-line, 474 links; and towards the North-west by a road-line, 411·2 links.
