Joseph Young. John James McAuley. George McCartney. William Dick. John Kerr. William Randall Latham. PORTOBELLO. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 18 perches, more or less, situate in the Portobello Bay District, being part of Section No. 8, Block VI., on the map of the said district. Bounded towards the North and North-west by main road, 557 links; towards the East-south-east by other part of said Section No. 8, 322 links; and towards the South by parts of Blocks II. and III. respectively, Portobello Township, and a street-line, 557 links.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.

Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Fairfax Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

John Elder Brown. Henry Clark. William Chisholm. James Inglis. John Hollick. FAIRFAX. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing about 7¾ acres, being part of the Town of Fairfax. Bounded towards the North and North-east by Knoll Street; towards the South-east by Rathlin Street; towards the South-west by Leman Street; towards the North-west by Section No. 2, Block IV.; again towards the South-west by Sections Nos. 2 and 1 of said Block IV.; and again towards the North-west by Owen Street.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.

William Adam, sen. John Stevenson. William Christie. William Pirie. James McNab. Robert Taylor. William Barry. OTAKIA. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, situate in the Otakia District, and being Section No. 53 of Block IV. of said district. Bounded towards the North-west by Section No. 1 of 21 and a road-line, 400 links; towards the North-east by said Section No. 1 of 21, 500 links; towards the South-east by said Section No. 1 of 21, 400 links; and towards the South-west by Section No. 20 of same block, 500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.
