Portion containing 1 acre 1 rood 38 perches: Commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of the above-named block at a distance of 575 links or thereabouts from its easternmost angle, being the middle of the aforesaid road; and thence continuing southerly for a distance of 1488·7 links or thereabouts to its intersection by the eastern boundary of the aforesaid block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3379, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 37 perches, more or less, situate in the Ohinemuri Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the eastern corner of the Manuka No. 3 Block, No. 3803B; commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Manuka No. 3 Block at a distance of 300 links or thereabouts from its easternmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 232 links or thereabouts to its south-eastern boundary, and at a distance of 220 links or thereabouts from its easternmost angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3379, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 29 perches, more or less, situate in the Ohinemuri Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Muraoteahi Block, No. 3768; commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the Muraoteahi Block at a distance of 775 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 4417 links or thereabouts to the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block, and at a distance of 1200 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River aforesaid: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3379, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, and 1 acre 2 roods 28 perches, respectively, more or less, situate in the Ohinemuri and Waihou Survey Districts, and being road-lines, each 100 links wide, traversing the Rawhitiroa Block, No. 1943:—

Portion containing 1 acre: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 750 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly for a distance of 1000 links or thereabouts to the Ohinemuri River, and at a point on the same 540 links or thereabouts distant from the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block.

Portion containing 1 acre 2 roods 28 perches: Commencing at a point on the Ohinemuri River at a distance of 655 links or thereabouts from the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 1673 links or thereabouts to the south-western boundary of the above block, and at a distance of 400 links or thereabouts from its southernmost angle.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3421, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

Portion, 100 links wide and varying in width, containing 9 acres 1 rood 27 perches, and situate in the Waihou and Waitoa Survey Districts: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Takapau Block aforesaid at a distance of 600 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly generally for a distance of 7300 links or thereabouts to the southern boundary of the Takapau Block aforesaid, and at a distance of 4125 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3421, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.
