All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 2 perches, more or less, situate in the Waihou Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, lying along and within the north-eastern boundary of the Piraurahi No. 6 Block, No. 4283; commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the Piraurahi No. 6 Block at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 2015 links or thereabouts to the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3421, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 3 perches, and 13 perches, respectively, situate in the Waihou Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and varying in width, traversing the Piraurahi No. 7 Block, No. 4284:—

Portion containing 2 acres 1 rood 3 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary-line of the Piraurahi No. 7 Block aforesaid at a distance of 360 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly for a distance of 2270 links or thereabouts to the south-western boundary of the aforesaid block, and at a distance of 500 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle.

Portion containing 13 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Piraurahi No. 7 Block aforesaid at a distance of 53 links or thereabouts from its westernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly for a distance of 85 links or thereabouts to its south-western boundary.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3421, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

Portion containing 1 acre 6 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Piraurahi No. 7 Block at a distance of 360 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing easterly for a distance of 1040 links or thereabouts to the eastern boundary of the Piraurahi No. 1 Block aforesaid, and at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from its easternmost angle.

Portion containing 3 roods: Commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the Piraurahi No. 1 Block at a distance of 390 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing easterly for a distance of 750 links or thereabouts to the south-western boundary of the Piraurahi No. 7 Block, and at a distance of 500 links or thereabouts from the north-western angle of the latter block.

Portion containing 27 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the Piraurahi No. 7 Block at a distance of 200 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly for a distance of 178 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road last hereinbefore described.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3421, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

Portion, varying in width, containing 2 acres 1 rood 12 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Motungaio Block at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from the southern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly along the Waihou River for a distance of 2320 links or thereabouts.

Portion, 100 links wide, containing 1 acre 2 roods 16 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Huhuraumati Block at a distance of 450 links or thereabouts to the south-westward of the south-western angle of the Waikoata Block, being the middle of the road referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly for a distance of 1600 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road hereinbefore described.

Portion, 100 links wide, containing 3 acres 2 roods 22 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Huhuraumati Block aforesaid at a distance of 2189 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly and southerly generally for a distance of 3630 links or thereabouts to the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at the south-western angle of the Waikoata Block.

Portion, 50 links wide, containing 2 roods 8 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the Kaipakakohi Block at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from its westernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing westerly for a distance of 1140 links to its junction with the road last hereinbefore described.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3421, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

Road containing 2 acres 3 roods 2 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 2189 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly generally for a distance of 2780 links or thereabouts to the Waihou River.

Road containing 2 acres: Commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of the Moanakapiti Block aforesaid at a distance of 470 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing westerly for a distance of 2000 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road hereinbefore described.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3582, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1·1 perches, 0·7 perch, and 3·7 perches, more or less, situate in the Ohinemuri Survey District, and being portions of a road-line varying in width, and traversing the Te Puru-o-te-Rangi No. 1 Block, No. 3586:—

Portion containing 1·1 perches: Commencing at the westernmost angle of Te Puru-o-te-Rangi No 1 Block. Bounded towards the North-west by a line, 19 links; towards the North-east by a line, 65·5 links; and towards the South-west by a line, 71·6 links, to the commencing point.

Portion containing 0·7 perch: Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of Te Puru-o-te-Rangi No. 1 Block at a distance of 806 links or thereabouts from the westernmost angle of that block. Bounded towards the North-east by a line, 78 links; towards the South-west by a line, 42·7 links; and towards the West by a line, 31·9 links, to the commencing point.

Portion containing 3·7 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of Te Puru-o-te-Rangi No. 1 Block at a distance of 175 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle. Bounded towards the North by a line, 245 links; towards the South-west by a line, 103 links; and towards the South by a line, 133·7 links, to the commencing point.
