All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 15 perches, more or less, situate in the Waitoa Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, lying along and within the north-eastern boundary of the Piraurahi No. 3 Block, No. 4280; commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 66 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 845 links or thereabouts to the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block, and at a point 50 links or thereabouts distant from its north-eastern angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3421, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rod 32 perches, 1 acre 1 rod 31 perches, 1 acre 1 rod, and 1·2 perches, respectively, more or less, situate in the Waihou Survey District, and being portions of road-lines, 100 links wide and varying in width, traversing the Onekaharau Block, No. 3222:—

Portion containing 1 acre 1 rod 32 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 400 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 1450 links or thereabouts to the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block, and at a distance of 1350 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River.

Portion containing 1 acre 1 rod 31 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly along the Ohinemuri River for a distance of 1160 links or thereabouts.

Portion containing 1 acre 1 rod: Commencing at a point on the eastern side of the road last hereinbefore described at a distance of 470 links or thereabouts from the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 1325 or thereabouts to the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block, and at a distance of 1300 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River.

Portion containing 1·2 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 1070 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly for a distance of 75 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road last hereinbefore described.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3581, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rod 4 perches, and 2 roods 28 perches, respectively, more or less, situate in the Waihou Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and varying in width, traversing the Huepakari No. 1 Block, No. 4962:—

Portion containing 1 acre 1 rod 4 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River; and thence continuing north-westerly and northerly by a line on a curve running parallel to and at a distance of 50 links from the flood-bank of the Ohinemuri and Waihou Rivers to the Hape Stream.

Portion containing 2 roods 28 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 400 links or thereabouts from the Ohinemuri River; and thence continuing north-westerly for a distance of 675 links or thereabouts to the road hereinbefore described.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3581, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 36 perches, more or less, situate in the Waihou Survey District, and being a portion of a road-line, 43 links wide, lying along and within the eastern boundary of the Onekaharau No. 2 Block, No. 3991; commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 21·5 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing in a right line running parallel to and at a distance of 21·5 links from the eastern boundary of the aforesaid block to its southern boundary: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3581, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 33 perches, and 1 acre, respectively, more or less, situate in the Waihou Survey District, and being portions of road-lines of irregular width and 57 links wide, traversing the Kakanui Block, No. 3992:—

Portion containing 3 roods 33 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 28·5 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly in a right line running parallel to and at a distance of 28·5 links or thereabouts from the western boundary of the aforesaid block to its northern boundary.

Portion containing 1 acre: Commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the Kakanui Block aforesaid at a distance of 105 links or thereabouts from its northern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing easterly to the eastern boundary of the above-mentioned block, and at a distance of 40 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3581, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 rod 9 perches, more or less, situate in the Waihou Survey District, and being a portion of a road-line, of irregular width, lying within and along the northern boundary of the Ngihangiha Block, No. 3990; commencing at a point on the western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 40 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle, being the middle of that portion of the road above referred to; and thence continuing easterly to its eastern boundary, and at a distance of 25 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3581, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.

Portion containing 11 acres 4 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of Te Waka-o-Tiki Te Aroha Block aforesaid at a distance of 350 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally for a distance of 11025 links or thereabouts to the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block, at a point 105·5 links distant from its southernmost angle.

Portion containing 1 rod: Commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of Te Waka-o-Tiki Te Aroha Block aforesaid at a distance of 150 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 250 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road-line hereinbefore described.
