Portion containing 3 roods 15 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of the Huruhuru No. 2 Block aforesaid at a distance of 425 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 845 links or thereabouts to the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block, and at a point 815 links distant from its southernmost angle.

Portion containing 1 acre 2 roods 10 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 820 links or thereabouts from the Tarariki Stream, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally for a distance of 1510 links or thereabouts to the south-western boundary of the aforesaid block, and at a distance of 1200 links or thereabouts from the Tarariki Stream aforesaid.
