Bounded—Generally South-easterly by said Section No. 14 923 links, by Section No. 3 of Block X., Takapau District, 479, 296, and 298 links respectively to a public road; Southerly by said public road, 228 links; generally North-westerly by said public road, 237, 373, and 1441 links respectively; North-easterly by a public road, 202 links, to the commencing point.

Crown Lands, Section No. 6, Block VI., 3 roods 24 perches.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 3 roods 24 perches, being portion of Crown land in Section No. 6, Block VI., Takapau Survey District (Tuatua Block). Bounded—Northerly by a line, 300 links; Easterly by a line, 300 links; Southerly by a line, 300 links; Westerly by a line, 300 links, to the commencing point: surrounding a dam for the purpose of diverting the Papatu Creek.

Reserve, 3 roods 30 perches.—Also a reserve, 50 links wide, from the aforesaid dam to the boundary between Section No. 6 of Block VI., Takapau, and Section No. 1, Block X., Takapau, containing 3 roods 30 perches; also a continuation of this reserve, 50 links wide, to the railway-line through Section No. 1, Block X., Takapau District, containing 1 rood 24 perches.

Reserve, 1 acre and 8 perches.—Also a reserve, 50 links wide, from the south-east corner of the afore-mentioned Dam Reserve to a branch of the Papatu Creek, through Section No. 6, Block VI., Takapau Survey District, and containing 1 acre and 8 perches.

Crown Lands, Block X., 10 acres 1 rood 28 perches.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 10 acres 1 rood 28 perches, and being portion of Crown land in Block X., Takapau Survey District (Tuatua Block); commencing at an angle of a public road 320 links south from the north-east corner of Section No. 1, Block X., Takapau District aforesaid. Bounded—Generally North-easterly and South-easterly by a public road, 343, 356, 739, 186, 470, 462, 459, 459, 461, 591, and 250 links respectively to Section No. 2 of aforesaid Block X.; generally North-westerly by said Section No. 2 679, 751, 444, 405, 611, and 747 links respectively, also by Section No. 1 of said block 439 and 215 links respectively to the commencing point.

Crown Lands, Block X., 2 acres and 16 perches.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 16 perches, being portion of Crown land in Block X., Takapau Survey District (Tuatua Block); commencing at an angle of a public road 470 links south-west from the northernmost corner of Section No. 102 of said block. Bounded—Generally South-easterly by Section No. 102 364, 400, and 298 links respectively, by Section No. 103 143 links to a public road; generally North-westerly by said public road, 82, 135, 109, 585, 100, and 250 links respectively, to the commencing point.

Crown Lands, Block X., 10 acres 2 roods 24 perches.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods 24 perches, being portion of Crown land in Block X., Takapau Survey District (Tuatua Block); commencing at the angle formed by the junction of two public roads. Bounded—South-easterly by a public road, 247 links; North-easterly by Section No. 2 of said Block X. 203, 222, and 1568 links respectively, and by Section No. 1 of same block 640, 161, 389, 555, 538, and 473 links respectively to a public road; generally North-westerly by said road, 60 and 629 links respectively; generally South-westerly by a public road, 275, 208, 352, 484, 519, 491, 2498, and 213 links respectively, to the commencing point.

Crown Lands, Block X., 1 rood 36 perches.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 rood 36 perches, being portion of Crown land (Ormondville Recreation Reserve) in Block X., Takapau Survey District (Tuatua Block); commencing at the most easterly corner of said reserve on the Mangarangiora River. Bounded—Generally South-easterly by a public road, 45 and 386 links respectively; generally North-westerly by said reserve, 177 and 215 links respectively, to the Mangarangiora River; Northerly by the Mangarangiora River, 150 links, to the commencing point.

Crown Lands, Blocks IX. and X., 11 acres and 37 perches.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 11 acres and 37 perches, being portion of Crown land in Blocks IX. and X., Takapau Survey District (Tuatua Block); commencing at the most northerly angle of the public road forming the boundary of Section No. 119 of said block. Bounded—Generally South-easterly by Section No. 119 309, 871, 477, 460, 776, 412, 287, and 559 links respectively, and a public road 51, 417, 402, and 268 links respectively; Westerly by a public road, 125 links; generally North-westerly by a public road, 592, 360, 489, 227, 343, 779, 464, 298,

Bounded—Easterly by a public road, 942 links; generally Southerly by a public road, 1438, 218, 292, and 171 links respectively; South-westerly by a public road (crossing the railway-line), 166 links; generally North-westerly by a public road 258, 331, 351, and 62 links respectively, and by a cemetery and a school reserve 1369 links to the commencing point.

Bounded—Generally South-easterly by a public road, 435, 175, 725, 682, 570, and 388 links respectively; South-westerly by a public road crossing the railway-line, 150 links; generally North-westerly by a public road, 698, 1012, 644, 219, and 314 links respectively; North-easterly by a public road, 166 links, to the commencing point.

Crown Lands, Block IX., 3 acres 3 roods 12½ perches.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 12½ perches, being portion of Crown land in Block IX., Takapau Survey District (Tuatua Block); commencing at a public road crossing the railway-line at 68 miles 38 chains. Bounded—Generally Southerly by a public road, 366, 364, 467, 1203, and 180 links respectively; Westerly by a public road crossing the railway-line, 150 links; generally Northerly by a public road, 207, 1210, 427, 329, and 352 links respectively; North-easterly by a public road, 150 links, to the commencing point.

Crown Lands, Block IX., 2 acres 2 roods 27 perches.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 27 perches, being portion of Crown land in Block IX., Takapau Survey District (Tuatua Block); commencing at a public road which crosses the railway-line at about 68 miles 64 chains. Bounded—Generally Southerly by a public road, 151, 390, 378, 502, and 331 links respectively; South-westerly by a public road crossing the railway-line, 150 links; generally Northerly by a public road, 28, 390, 510, 332, 381, and 165 links respectively; Easterly by a public road crossing the railway-line, 150 links, to the commencing point.

Crown Lands, Block IX., 3 acres 3 roods 1 perch.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 1 perch, being portion of Crown land in Block IX., Takapau Survey District (Tuatua Block); commencing at a public road which crosses the railway-line at about 69 miles 2 chains. Bounded—Generally Southerly by a public road, 640, 468, 992, 270, and 68 links respectively; South-westerly by a public road crossing the railway-line, 150 links; generally Northerly by a public road, 262, 1166, 428, and 620 links respectively; North-easterly by a public road crossing the railway-line, 150 links, to the commencing point.

Crown Lands, Block IX., 1 rood 23 perches.—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 rood 23 perches, being a portion of Crown land in Block IX., Takapau Survey District (Tuatua Block); commencing at that point where the public road ceases to be the boundary of Section No. 129 of said block. Bounded—South-easterly by Section No. 129, 100 links; South-westerly by the Makotuku Creek, 270 links; North-westerly by a public road, 224 links; North-easterly by a public road crossing the railway-line, 200 links, to the commencing point.

Be all the aforesaid areas and linkages more or less; the several parcels of land being situate in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay; and the same are more particularly delineated upon the plan marked P.W.D. 9529, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington.
