ROAD THROUGH SECTION No. 164
Also all that other parcel of land estimated to
contain 3 acres and 4 perches, more or less, being
a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which
commences at a point on the north-west boundary
of Section No. 164 about 2180 links from Ferry
Trig, and extends thence southerly and westerly for a
distance of about 3025 links through Section No. 164
to the River Bank Road.

KAIMATIRA ROAD.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Wellington, estimated to contain about 6 acres 2
roods 31 perches, more or less, being a road-line 100
links wide, the middle of which commences at a
traverse tube on the eastern boundary of Section No.
83, left bank Wanganui River, 50 links from its
northern boundary, and extends thence in a north-
westerly direction for about 6696 links through Sec-
tions Nos. 117 and 109 to a traverse tube known as
Kaimatira, on the bank of the Wanganui River.

LONG ACRE VALLEY ROAD.
Also all that other parcel of land estimated to
contain about 23 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or
less, being a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of
which commences at the first-named traverse tube
on the eastern boundary of Section No. 83, and
extends thence in an easterly direction for about
23700 links through Sections Nos. 84, 85, 118, 119,
120, 292, and 293 to a point on the eastern boundary
of the last-named section about 2500 links on a
bearing of 177° 56′ from Trig. I. P. Williams.

DENLAIR ROAD, WANGAEILU HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Wellington, estimated to contain 13 acres 3 roods
9 perches, more or less, being a road-line 50 links
wide, the middle of which commences on the No. 2
Line of Road at a point 2130 links from the eastern
boundary of Section No. 247, on the left bank of the
Wanganui River, and extending in a northerly
direction for 27618 links through Sections Nos. 247,
225, 226, 227, and 230 to the boundary of the last-
mentioned Section No. 230, at a point south-west 1322
links from the north-west angle of the said Section
No. 230.
Date of warrant, 11th February, 1880.
Also all that other parcel of land estimated to
contain 1 acre and 39 perches, more or less, being
a branch 50 links wide of the above-mentioned road,
extending in an easterly direction for 2486 links to
the boundary of the said Section No. 230 at a point
south 2000 links from the north-east corner of the
said section.

Also all that other parcel of land containing
1 acre and 7 perches, more or less, being another
branch of the afore-mentioned road, extending in a
westerly direction for 2091 links to the boundary of
Section No. 227 at a point forming the southern
angle of Section No. 228.

to contain 3 roods 11 perches, more or less, being
another branch of the afore-mentioned road, ex-
tending in an easterly direction for 1635 links to
the boundary of Section No. 227 at a point south
and west 571 links from the north-west corner of
Section No. 222.

TURAKINA VALLEY ROAD EXTENSION.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Wellington, estimated to contain 7 acres 2
roods 6 perches, more or less, being a road-line 100
links wide, the middle of which commences at a point
in the southern boundary of Block CCXLI., Rangi-
tikei District, 2300 links from its south-east corner,
and extends thence northerly and easterly for about
7540 links through the said block to traverse peg
XXXIX.
Date of warrant, 11th February, 1880.
NGARURU ROAD.
Also all that other parcel of land estimated to
contain 13 acres 3 perches, more or less, being a road-
line 100 links wide, the middle of which commences
in Block CCLVII., Rangitikei District, at a dis-
tance of about 2400 links on a bearing of about
354° 15′ from Galpin Trig. Station, and extends thence
in a north-easterly direction for about 13024 links
through Blocks CCLVII., CCLXI, and CCLXII.
to the north-eastern boundary of the latter section.

ROAD THROUGH BLOCK CLV., ETC.
Also all that other parcel of land estimated to
contain 24 acres 2 roods 19 perches, more or less,
being a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which
commences on the western boundary of Block
CLV., Rangitikei District, about 1140 links from its
north-west corner, and extends thence south-easterly
for about 24620 links through Blocks CLV.,
CLIII., CLI., CXLIX., CXLVIII., CXLVI,
CXLIV., and CXLII., to the south-eastern boundary
of the latter section.
Date of warrant, 11th February, 1880.
BALMORAL EXTENSION ROAD.
Also all that other parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 14 acres and 15 perches, more or less,
being a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which
commences at a point on the south side of the Bal-
moral Line 368 links from the north-eastern
boundary of Section No. 210, right bank Wanganui
River, and extends thence in a generally north-easterly
direction for about 14098 links through Sections
Nos. 210 and 208 to a point on the north-eastern
boundary of the last-named section 4539 links from
Trig. Station Brewer.
Date of warrant, 5th November, 1880.
The aforesaid roads are delineated on the plans
thereof, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor,
Wellington.

nineteenth day of January, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-three.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred by the fifth section of "The Licensing Act
Amendment Act, 1882," and of every other power and authority
enabling me in this behalf, I, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, do hereby appoint the local bodies named in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to have authority for the pur-
poses of the said Act and "The Licensing Act, 1881," through-
out the licensing districts respectively named in the second
column of the said Schedule, and to make all necessary
appointments and do all things required for the conduct of
elections within the said licensing districts.
