IN exercise and pursuance of all powers and au-
thorities enabling me in this behalf, I, James
Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
that the several lines of road described in the Schedule
hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the
lands specified in my warrants of the several dates
given in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

LONG ACRE EXTENSION ROAD.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Wellington, estimated to contain about 21 acres
2 roods, more or less, being a road-line 100 links
wide, the middle of which commences on the eastern
boundary of Section No. 365, left bank Wanganui
River, at a point about 350 links from the north-east
corner of the said section, and extends in a generally
easterly direction for a distance of about 21500 links
through Sections Nos. 367, 370, 334, 333, and 332 to
a point on the north-east boundary of the last-named
section about 1000 links from its northern corner.
Date of warrant, 5th March, 1880.

No. 3 LINE, JUNCTION ROAD.
Also all that other parcel of land estimated to con-
tain 26 acres 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, being a
road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which com-
mences at a traverse tube on the north side of the
No. 3 Line, at a distance of 6602 links on a bearing
of 234° 50' from Martin's Hill Trig., and extends
thence in a north-easterly direction for a distance of
about 26800 links through Sections Nos. 328, 368,
371, 309, and 333 to a traverse tube in Long Acre
Extension Road, on the south-eastern boundary of
the last-named section 200 links from its north-east
corner.

NELSON'S ROAD.
Also all that other parcel of land estimated to con-
tain 6 acres 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, being a
road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which com-
mences at a point on the north-east boundary of
Section No. 368 distant 900 links from its north-
west corner, and extends thence for a distance of
about 6300 links first southerly and westerly through
Section No. 368 on to Section No. 369, and thence

No. 3 LINE EXTENSION.
Also all that other parcel of land estimated to
contain 17 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less,
being a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which
commences at a point 352 links on a bearing of 57°
7' from the western corner of Section No. 242, and
extends thence north-easterly for about 17600 links
through Sections Nos. 327, 242, 243, 307, and 306 to
the eastern boundary of the latter, about 1300 links
from its north-east corner.
Date of warrant, 5th November, 1880.

No. 3 LINE EXTENSION.
Also all that other parcel of land estimated to
contain 6 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less,
being a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which
commences at a point on the western boundary of
Section No. 303 at a distance of about 650 links
from the south-west corner of the same, and extends
thence in a northerly and easterly direction for a
distance of about 6900 links through the said sec-
tion to a point on its eastern boundary about 1500
links from its north-east corner.

ROAD FROM SECTION No. 244.
Also all that other parcel of land estimated to
contain 1 acre 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being
a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which com-
mences at a point on the north-west boundary of
Section No. 244 about 150 links from its north-
west corner, and extends thence westerly for about
1400 links through Sections Nos. 243 and 307 to the
No. 3 Line Extension Road.

ROAD FROM SECTION No. 308.
Also all that other parcel of land estimated to
contain 1 acre 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, being
a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which
commences on the south-west boundary of Section
No. 308 at a point 745 links from its south-east
corner, and extends thence southerly for about 1440
links through Section No. 243 to the No. 3 Line
Extension Road.
