A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in him by the second section of "The Land Act
1877 Amendment Act, 1882," and of every other power and
authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, doth hereby set apart for leasing by the Land Board
of Westland, subject to the provisions of the said Act, the
land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL the unsold land within the area open for sale in Blocks
V., VI., IX., X., XIII., and XIV., in the Kokatahi Survey
District, on the east side of the Hokitika and Kanieri Rivers.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in him by the fiftieth section of "The Land Act
1877 Amendment Act, 1882," and of every other power and
authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, doth hereby declare that the blocks and sections of
land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to
the provisions of sections three to forty-eight of "The Land
Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882."
