the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Long Tunnel Gold-Mining Company, Limited, as a
Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Long Tunnel
Gold-Mining Company (Limited). - The place of intended operations is at Terawhiti, in the
County of Hutt, in the Coleny of New Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Wellington, in the said county. - The nominal capital of the Company is forty thou-
sand pounds in forty thousand shares of one pound each, of
which the sum of twenty thousand pounds, or ten shillings
per share, is agreed to be considered as paid up. - The number of shares subscribed for is forty thousand.
- The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is Louis Davies.
- The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,
