the Survey Office at Auckland.
Date of warrant, 27th April, 1882.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland
containing by admeasurement 4 acres 5 perches, more or less,
situated in the Chinemuri Survey District, and being a road-
line 100 links wide traversing the Komata South Block, No. 2269.
Commencing on the south-eastern boundary at a distance of 55
chains or thereabouts from its easternmost angle; and thence
continuing north-westerly for a distance of 4 30 links or there-
abouts to the Komata Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3008, de-
posited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
Date of warrant, 27th April, 1882.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 30 acres, more or less, situated in
the Tutamoe Survey District, and being a road-line 100 links
wide, and a reserve traversing the Opanake Block, No. 3046.
Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the
Opanake Block aforesaid at a distance of 1300 links from its
westernmost angle; and thence continuing generally easterly
and south-easterly for a distance of 30030 links or thereabouts
to its junction with the continuance of the aforesaid road: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated
on Plan No. 2287, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

in the Auckland Provincial District.

IN exercise and pursuance of all powers and authorities
enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond
Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim that the several lines of road described in the Schedule
hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands
specified in a warrant of the date given in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land, containing by admeasurement
3 acres 1 rood 7 perches, more or less, situate in the Survey
District of Waitoa, Provincial District of Auckland, being
a portion of the Ngutumanga Block. Commencing at a point
8806 links from the southern corner of the said Ngutumanga
Block; and bounded on the South by lines, 2780 and 553 links, to
the Piraunui Stream; on the West by the Piraunui Stream, 101
links; thence on the North by lines, respectively 472 and 2797
links, to a main road; and thence by the main road, 100 links, to
the point of starting: as the same is shown on Plan No. 3162,
deposited in the survey Office, Auckland.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing by admeasurement
4 acres 2 roods 25 perches, situate in the Survey District of
Waitoa, Provincial District of Auckland, being a portion of the
Waihekau No. 1 Block. Commencing at the Piraunui Stream;
and bounded to the South by lines, respectively 690 links, 3551
links, and 400 links, to the Waitoa River; on the West by the
Waitoa River, 104 links; thence on the North by lines, re-
spectively 450, 3520, and 700 links, to the Piraunui Stream; and
thence on the East by the Piraunui Stream, 100 links, to the
point of commencement: as the same is delineated on Plan
No. 3162, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
Date of warrant, 20th November, 1882.

WHEREAS by "The Public Reserves Sale Act, 1878," it is
provided that the land described in the Schedule hereto,
being part of Reserve number one thousand six hundred and
fifty (in red), in the Land District of Canterbury, may be sold
by the Governor upon such terms as may be regulated by Order
in Council: And whereas it is expedient that the piece of land
referred to should be reserved as a site for a school, instead of
being sold:
Now, therefore, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and
pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the
one hundred and forty-fourth section of "The Land Act,
1877," do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the
Land District of Canterbury described in the Schedule here-
under written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Geraldine Survey District,
Provincial District of Canterbury, containing by admeasurement
9 acres 1 rood 27 perches, more or less, being part of Lot No.
29, subdivision of Reserve No. 1650 (in red). Bounded towards
the North-west by the road-line forming the north-western
boundary of said Lot No. 29, 1544-3 links; towards the East by
Section No. 18167, 901 links; towards the South-east by a line
parallel to the north-western boundary drawn from the south-
west corner of Section No. 18167, 1171-4 links; and towards
the South-west by a road-line, 722-5 links: as the same is
delineated on the official map in the District Survey Office,
Christchurch. For a school site.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-fifth day of June, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-three.
