of 647 chains or thereabouts to the Whakaahu Creek opposite
to the road-line lying between Sections Nos. 76 and 76A of the
Township of Patutahi, the aforesaid road-line being 100 links
wide.

Road containing 6 acres 3 roods 24 perches: Commencing on
the above-described road at a distance of 12823 links or there-
abouts from the Whakaahu Creek; and thence continuing
easterly for a distance of 49 chains and south-easterly along
the Waipaca River for a distance of 1100 links or thereabouts:
